Why do I have to complete a turing phrase?

At GPTBoycott, we have been recently receiving a number of automated form submissions. These are computer-generated submissions which make no sense or simply post advertisements to us. How do I complete the turing phrase?

Is it an O or a 0?

On our turing phrase script the number 0 will have a line through it, whereas the letter O will not. This should help you to distinguish between the two.
