I tried 5 different email addresses ALL were returned as "unknown".

The server takes several minutes to load each page.

There is no telephone number.

They ask PayPal users to contact them before they will allow payout by PayPal.

They only have StormPay as an option, and as we all know, they charge extortionate amounts on transactions.

I warn the honorable members to exercise caution, if you cannot contact a site, then how are you going to chase up payments?

I have just had an email from a GPTR to say that some of his members have grave doubts about this scheme.

If this site is just a PASSWORD HARVESTER, then anyone that has joined up so far, change your password on any other site that you have used the same password for.

ESPECIALLY IF YOU USED THE SAME PASSWORD AS FOR EGOLD, PAYPAL, STORMPAY, ETC.

I just saw this on our favourite new scam alert. FAQ section.

"Q: I placed an order using my credit card but I did not receive any funds in my account!

A: First, You need to send us : both sides credit card scans , ID scan and recent utility bill scan. Then please allow 24-48hrs delay before receiving money. "

If that is not a scam merchant trying to get credit card details for improper use I will not need to alert the Rozzers to this site!

The only need for the other side scan is to pick up the 3 digit verification code, that so far I do not think has been cracked yet, so cannot be calculated by scam or con artists.

Whereas even I can generate a valid credit card number using an nth degree polynomial checksum algorithm. (whatever that means).

Another worrying thing, from the FAQ.

"Q: Can I change my profile information?
A: Yes - simply email us with your current password and email. "

Yet try to email them, and you get bounced returned emails.

So once you submit, you cannot delete your account or change your password. Suspicious or what?

All of the above may be due to the huge power outage the U.S had Thursday, if things change I may delete this if the problem was due to the domain name servers being knocked out, and nothing else.

fast-exchange.com is a scam site.

The site is ran by a group of Russian scammers, hackers, and fraudsters. They run everything from hacking into people's egold and paypal account using fake emails, right through to even doing the same to bank accounts. They have on numerous occasions tried banks here in Australia.

Whatever you do, do not copy their banner or link.
The banner is virus infected.
Before I knew it was a Scam, I sent a banner to MikesPaidand it was infected.
Traci advised me that all the banners received for this site were.
I ran a scan on my computer and indeed the virus was there.
It's uncleanable, the infected file must be deleted.

Well, darn. That's terrible. I hate to hear stuff like that. I wish it would have never started.

A bit off subject. This is not about fast-exchange, but about outwar. I hit a few outwar pages while surfing some traffic exchanges recently. My spyware detector alerted me to a active x script. It was the highest alert that program gives. I just got the notification a few minutes ago and wanted to mention it.

I hope there's a solution to this fast-exchange problem.

Monika, How long ago did Trayse tell you this? I HAVE downloaded their banner , and as far as I konw the sites I have sent it to haven't been virused. My puter hasn't either-guess I'm finally getting lucky in the viral dept! Some of you may know I was virused a couple of weeks ago (BEFORE I joined F-E) and I lost EVERYTHING, WIN included! Had to format TWICE before I even got windows and Norton back!!!!!
