I think you better get legal advice because honestly, your site IS breaking the rules of what is legal and what is not and many other things are borderline. Something I am concerned about also is this which I take directly from your terms of service: "All information is based on facts gathered through personal research and user submissions. GPTBoycott.Com".. That is an outright LIE. You do NOT do personal research on what is said about a person or site because if you did, then you would contact that person or site. Any reasonable person with a brain can figure that one out.
Another thing: " Comments meant to incite, embarrass or ridicule another member, including personal attacks;". Now, concerning the post made about ME by Deborah today, I see the original post is still up, it BREAKS this rule. IT IS A PERSONAL ATTACK it is clear to see and if not all of it, then part of it is, the part that has NOTHING to do with my site and that is how she started the post, saying I PERSONALLY owed her money and not that my site owed her money. However, I was not allowed to fully defend myself because first, I was censored and some of the things censored directly pertained to why she would say what she said and secondly, the payment info I submitted from paypal was also sensored to just leave the first name "Richard" and NOT the last name, which this account I paid it to is in Deborah's husbands name and if the email address was left to be shown, it is HER email address. YOU do not know if what she is saying is true and how did you do this research? Seeing, I knew NOTHING of this post until I was informed by other PO's and members. As it so happens, I still have a lot of proof of what she is saying are lies but some of the proof, I only deleted about 2 hours before I was informed of this post. HAD you ACTUALLY researched, like you say you do and contacted me, I could have supplied you with everything you needed to clear up this matter.
Then the whole time I am trying to post I am getting PMed by a moderator, I believe 17 of them in total, telling me I can't say this, or can't say that and I have to PROVE what I am saying, so I try to supply that and that is edited and censored too and I was also told that if I could prove it to be a lie, it would also be censored, well, I did and her post WAS NOT CENSORED. An example, when she said that her account was deleted without final payout and I showed proof of that and I have PROOF of all this Advertising she didn't receive in the form of 40 ads that I can show PROOF OF. AND the rest of her post has nothing to do with whether my program should be boycotted or not and is not even on the topic...What does having many contests to reward your members have to do with me HURTING members? I am NOT doing ANYTHING wrong at my site and her post PROVES that for sure.
Also, if you will refer to posts by other members, it is clear THEY too think she is just being vendictive by going to PP and Moneybookers to try and get my accounts deleted and she is TOLD this by other members. HOWEVER, you let her continue to post about me and my site.
ARE YOU REALLY STUPID OR ARE YOU JUST PLAYING STUPID? THINK ABOUT IT...LOOK AT WHAT YOUR SITE IS ABOUT AND THEN LOOK AT WHAT SHE POSTED AND YOU TELL ME.
Also, I think you really need to get legal advice, as I KNOW I am not the only person SERIOUSLY looking into shutting down your site...THIS I HAVE PROOF OF TOO, however, I would prefer not to post personal correspondence if I don't have to, but I will if and when the time comes that I need to.
Also, I MOST definitely WILL post a link to the FBI site for investigation of internet fraud. And by the way, do you see what I mean about this site? YOU INCLUDED THAT MEANING THAT WHAT SHE POSTED IS TRUE. You are here, a moderator of this forum and making statements such as those.
Don't worry, this site as well as ptrinfo will receive all documentation concerning this process as soon as it is available. I am not going to get into a huge discussion here about it because I do not know ALL the legal ins and outs of it. Besides I don't have time to sit her and explain the whole legal system even if I could. That will have to come from the legal entities putting together the information. I will know more however at around 3:00 pm Atlantic Canadian time as I will be having a conference call at that time and I will be advised of many things at that time however, I am not sure if I can disclose anything until it is in writing.
This is NOT a joke. I am not talking off the top of my hat if that is what you think and I think what you said in this post was uncalled for. I am NOT personally attacking you and I don't think you are in any position right now to do it to me.
