Ptrinfo and Gptboycott--Boycott list

I just wanted to let everyone know that in the next couple of weeks I am going to start a site to boycott ptrinfo and Gptboycott and I will provide you all with the url and it will be vigorously advertised also, so any of you wishing to help advertise please let me know.

The site will be aimed toward the practices used by both ptrinfo and gptboycott and the listing of sites and the NON removal of sites and posts about sites. This practice is illegal and I will be providing supreme court decisions for people to read on this very issue. It is illegal to post derogatory information about people and about websites and there are a number of supreme court decisions regarding this. The latest regarding Facebook.

At the present I am also engaged in contact with several reporting agencies, web hosts, ISPs, government agencies etc. in regards to the practices being used by these two sites.

Anything defamitory is illegal and holds these sites liable to prosecution, which includes, but is not limited to slander, and impeding a person or site of earnings or earning potential. Lawsuits have even been brought against individuals alone for postings and at the heart of the matter are the sites allowing the content to be posted on them. In a recent Facebook lawsuit, not only was the individual prosecuted who made the posting but so was Facebook.

I am in contact with a government agency that will soon be providing me with links to place on this site and all legal issues regarding it. There is a section pertaining to (I am not sure of the exact wording), public prosecution, like a class action lawsuit for those of you wondering how a site AIMED at a site like this can be legitimate. It is something like a class-action lawsuit. I do not know yet if I am going to be able to make your posts public but you will have an outlet to submit your complaints and they will then be dealt with by a team who will decide in which direction this will all go. You CAN remain anonymous, however, your IP addresses will be recorded.

You will be able to read the FULL details BEFORE you decide to submit a complaint and then choose if you wish to do so or not. Unlike Gptboycott and Ptrinfo (who do not allow sites to defend themselves), both of these sites may in the end get to defend themselves in the Ultimate way, in a court of law!
