My site is not a waiste of time. I have been receiving a fair amount of requests for my program and my advertisers have been pleased with the results as well.

I doubt people signing up just to get refs will be very active. And as you give 2 for very 1, it's pretty obvious your pyramid will crumble sooner more than later.
