not getting email from a paid to read company

Ok there is a paid to read company that I think people really like but my acount has been messed up and I have not been getting emails from them and they have no clue why. I think I have been very paitent and the last email sent was not answered by her. I have changed my email address and everything else she asked and I am fairly close to the 5.00 cash out.

I asked her to close the account and open another one and put the money and points in it that I have. She has not done that and I am not sure if she can.

how long should it take them to fix an account? Before I get mad an start really complaining?
