I make reference to the pay to read sites,and I mention $500 £500 pounds
as one involved in non-payment,and I have notified Paypal of the situation.
They have passed my complaint to their investigation department,and I will
update the forum,when I have further advise from them.
Depending on their findings,I feel inclined to advise the other paymasters
acting as clients for the non-paying sites.
I will keep you posted.
