Has anyone had problems with Sklif? I have been a member for over a year or so and had accululated over 95,000 points...less than 5,000 away from "earning" a prize of a Play Station.

I had moved and didn't log into my account for several months, yet when I did, all but 5,000 of my points were gone. I have emailed then and received no reply.

Prizes I had "won" were never received, a NY Tote and minor prizes. Just seems odd that all of a sudden my points are gone. Why not erase all and leave me nothing? Rather they take 90,000.

Nowhere in the TOS that I read did it say if you were not active for a certain time, did it give them the right to decide what points to take away.

Are you certain the TOS does not contain some language to the effect that they reserve the right to make changes they deem necessary without notification?

Take a look at the last sentence in End User License Agreement. This may be what they're using as justification.

Have you tried contacting them at the number provided in Discrepancies/Disputes? It may be worth a try.

I think they just didn't want me to win that Play Station to be quite honest lol. I will call them and see what they say but they will get the attitude from me that they have in their questions LOL. They didn't bother to reply to me email so that doesn't say a whole lot about them in my opinion.
