Time4Emails.com - Stole info from old Jay's

Jay's brother inlaw, Sean, took members' personal information from old Jay's Paid Email backups, and signed up over 15,000 members into his new email site Time4Emails. Not only did he enter my address, payment info, but chose my interests as well. Of course, Sean = Seansco, is mine and others' upline.

Please take a look at boycotting this site.

Secondly...Tisha...I was given a link to where you adamantly stated that this forum does not hastily or easily put peeps on the watch list..that they check etc..

but...in my case my site was removed from the watch list due to the fact that the complaints were 1) proven to be false and 2) others were not backed up, suspicious call all said same thing that was proven to be false (ie, they said I "removed them from a forum" where i do not even have admin priv)

This thread is about being signed up to a program that people never signed up for in the first place.


Anyway I don't believe the person posting as "jaydilla" is connected with any of the "Jays" empire . Sean, I think thats his name, who is related to Jay has started a new site and used what is believed to be and old back up from one of Jays programs and signed everybody on that backup up to his new site....without their permission. There are a few forums that have similar threads running about this program and what has been done.

You've got to give the "guy" credit he must be a very fast learner, he figured out where to find and how to access the data base, and what GPTR is and that "he" might be able to profit from it, where the forums are and how to flim flam on the fly, heck "he" even figured out which host has the least.. gosh... I'm not really sure how to put what I think about choosing John Stilwell as a host but "he" sure picked the right one for the scam "he's" pulling . I am moving jays-paidmail to a new domain -- http://www.time4emails.com -- Anyone who has took the time to read the email and the posts over at GPF or at jays forums or at time4emails.com forums would know that.

I have the authorization and the permission to be running jays and to the database and web site.
I am trying to give jays a 'clean start' so that people can start getting paid and one of the things that was suggested to me was to move to a different domain.


I have answered the questions of how and why I did it the way I did over at GPF so I am not going to spend the next 2 days going over the same stuff here.

I do not see any reason to 'boycott' my site. You are just hurting the members that have already been hurt enough by jays.

I am not trying to 'scam' anyone.

The way I look at it, and most current members feel this way too, is that jays stoled the money and left the site and the members 'for dead'. In the last 2 month people have been able to use the money owed to then by jay to advertise on jays. Moving to this new site is the next step in making these members a sistainable site that they can start getting paid from.
Be a relative of jay does not make me like him. Consider yourself lucky if all jay has done to you is steal 150 or so dollars. He has done much worse to family and friends (I am married to his sister).

Cut me some slack, remember I am not the one who started jays and stoled all the money.

Let the members of the new website decide with their memberships whether or not it should last. Payouts are going to be $5 to $10. If members get to that point and then don't get paid then boycott me. Till then, cut me some slack.

Keep the database from the old program as a records only and if someone from the old database joins make the situation right by paying that individual the money owed in cash or advertising. It would make u the king of PTR and have people beating a path to your door to join don't you think? Don't take a database of old members list them under yourself and start sending out emails cuz there is only one word for that and it's SPAM. Unwanted email by anyone is spam by definition and email sent by a program that was non operational for many months meets that definition. You should have emailed the individuals to inform them that you were taking over the program and database and gave them an option to join or be deleted from the database. You were dead wrong in your actions and for that reason you should be boycotted from the beginning.

I think the best bet for people who were SPAMMED by this guy would be to make a complaint to his host, and then when VenomX does nothing about it, report him and jwshosting to his host, ServInt Internet Services (servint.com).

I've never seen such a bunch of pathetic cowards as those online and more precisely in this industry who put so much time and effort into stealing from so many people who are needy and looking for ways to supplement their meager income, or to feed their children and keep roofs over their heads. Well Barb, I am sorry to hear that. You know, it is a shame that this site has the influence that it does when most of all this is hear-say, rumor mongering, and venting on my site because you-all have been burned by jays or you just like to complain.

The only questionable thing that I have done is to copy jays db to the new site. I have stated the reason that I have done this over at GPF if I have not done so here also. Whether you-all approve of and/or believe this reason is up to you.

Since then I have removed the members that did not 'opt-in' (repented) and have now spent a lot of time 're-adding' these people as they email me back wanting to be members (over 300 this weekend). All this has done is waist my time and cause a hassle for members (which is one of the things I was trying to avoid by copying the db).

Any objective person with a cool head is going to see that if I have done anything wrong I have made an attempt to rectify it. They are also going to see that maybe they should think twice before believing any of the opinions of the :laugh: 'contributor' :hehe: to this site because of the unfounded accusations, ranting and raving. The unproven speculations here will push this forum into irrelevancy if they continue.

I may be a new-bee to the GPTR world but I sure have got an education here!

I do question...how would a "brother in law" know how to operate a site?? did jay give passwords and directions from prison?? whose computer did this database rest on while it was dormant?? why the jaydillar paypal?? the way paypal works..how would you even have access to the account?? If you would like to ask me a question without spewing "child molester" facts and news through out it I will answer. Otherwise I will let your own ranting be the answers to your questions.

Just for the record, I think child molesting is wrong. I think people who are child molesters should be in jail. Jay is in jail because he deserves to be. I do not speak to him. He is not directing me on how to run this site.

I have figured out how cash crusader and GPTR in general works on my own from the web and the helpful forum admin's and program owners. payments@jaydillar.com is am email and paypal account that I created. All jays CC stuff was @jays-paidmail.com.

I think that answers all of the questions in that 'rant-post' and that is the last 'rant-post' I will answer. If you want to rant on child molesting and molesters in general do it in a forum for that. Also interesting site demographics to show 1 U.S. member 398 Canadians and the rest of your 930 members come from various other foreign countries. Having problems getting US members? Wonder why? Like most of the information here, yours is wrong too. There are 369 of the 900ish and growing members that are from the US. As for business, my solo ads rates are on a dynamic scale via a percentage that I have set. So as the membership grows, the fee goes up.

Are we just nit-picking now or what?
