I strongly believe that although some webmasters may not be providing a phsyical address for privacy concerns, they could and should provide some sort of physical location just in case court is necessary. The excuse for the SPAM is DNS, does it really take 26 days to delete someone who has requested cancellation, or this that an excuse!

Once again I am being accused of abuse! Abuse because I told her what I think of her. Sometimes telling the truth is a tough pill to swallow and this webmaster is not willing to take the truth.

There is no court location available, no state, town, or precint in which to file. Of course, if she decides to reply, it will be with a twist on the truth! Are there any federal attorneys out there, who'll represent people like me, pro bono, against her, or will she convince you too, that honest concerns, questions, and statements are considered abusive and slanderous. Unlike her, I am no longer replying, by her request, to her emails, but I will continue to post my experience with her on this site, and every FFA site I can find that will allow me to do so, it is getting personal now, but she made it personal from the beginning! And that fact is a big part of the problem, because she took an honest and legitimate concern and decided that it was a personal attack on her!

Maybe some attorney out there [my apologies, I do not trust most attorneys either] can at least give us an idea what constitutes abuse and slander, it is my understanding that if a statement is true, it is not slanderous. It would be logical for me to then conclude that if a remark were prefaced with a statement such as "I think" which would make the statement true, that it would not be slanderous. Maybe I am being abusive and do not realize it, I hope not, but maybe! If so, how does one deal with problems such as these, when the other side refuses to listen and considers every word you say abusive and slanderous, regardless of how innocently intended.
