Rob has send me the "complaints"..one was that shirley sink person who I refunded ...the one who sent me her url as www. instead of http:?? even tho it was really part her fault JMO...I ate the 700 plus clicks I sent her, apologized to her...and refunded her...paypal proof sent to Rob..
I think other wm should avoid shirley ....she got her refund but keeps this up?? unreal...JMO...I SENT SHIRLEY A REFUND..SHE LIES...SHE STATED SHE GOT HER MONEY BACK FROM PAYPAL..BS...THEY DO NOT DO REFUNDS OF VIRTUAL PURCHASES...I COULD HAVE TOLD HER TO KISS MY IRISH U KNOW WHAT...BUT I nicely sent her an apology...and refunded her money

I would really suggest wm beware of someone who acts like that

next complaint?? some one saying that beehive had "deleted all non searchers"...duhh...after I had posted here that I did PAY OUT and delete the 40 or so non search COUNTRY members...no ads to send them
but geeze...of course I did NOT delete the people who choose not to search...

searches are OPT IN only...and I have right on the site that there is NO begging, demanding or forcing searches..

as for the rest? I am waiting to see the so called "former members"..all seem to be saying that I was makign them search or deleted them due to them posting about "click fraud"..wow..that sounds like that old fraud Linder..you know, the guy with that awful program all you submitters??? ays?? LOL

he is over a year behind in payments...owes hundreds of thousands.
and now , even tho he sends untargeted searches and tries to sell them...is all worked up about "click fraud" LOL..and worked up about me

I am also interested to see what measures Rob will take against liars..

Once I prove their lies, they should be barred from posting any complaints about anyone JMO

I absolutely HATE to find myself in agreement with freebie on anything but here goes.( In fact I have my teeth so tightly clenched I may end up with lock jaw)

BUT from everything I have read and from being a sloooooooooooow member of her site - who may never reach payout at the rate I'm going)..Hate those searches but have actually done a few.( it does appear that she definitely pays and as she said ..HOW much could she owe..$1.00??? $4.00..

And of course in a fair world we should all be able to face our accusers.Darn LIARS all.
How dare they lie about a site where the w/m has sworn she didnt do it??

We all know that w/m dont tell lies...just those darn complainers.

And she doesnt delete you for NOT searching at her site ( which sends nothing BUT searches.)

She simply doesnt send you any ( because you are from one of THOSE countries - which isnt allowed to search - and we ALL know what people from THOSE countries do )and so..TO BE NICE.. ( as any reputable w/m would do) she simply deletes you because she feels bad for having NO ads to send.But she PAYS...and if you send that $1.00... well then s'all good....right???

Doesnt that make you feel all warm and fuzzy???

One thing that makes me go hmmmmmmm...is the non stop bringing up Linder and ays. I almost never ( out of posts too numerous to count) have seen a post from freebie ( about ANYTHING) that doesnt send her off on a tangent about Linder.

I wonder what that means. I used to know a school yard bully that did that. Every time he got jammed up he would start wailing about "everyone else" and how bad they were.

No defense quite so great as a "good offense"

ie: Linder owes big bucks...but freebie couldnt owe more than a couple dollars.
You see I just didnt realize that these things are only judged by "the amount".
I guess its kinda like how courts have theft under $50.00 and then theft over $50.00.

So if you only owe a small amount.. Well thats not a BIG deal. What the heck bring it on.( Maybe they are just fooling with the theft under charges - Think so?)
Now I am not saying that freebie is stealing from anyone...and of course we know she pays ( Not only have I heard it in the forum ( where no one lies except complainers) but she told us herself.
And we all know that if a w/m HAS paid...that means they always will.

And btw...Stop LOOKING at ME....WHAT ABOUT LINDER???

I know when I am not guilty of anything I just say so. No need to tell them about Jack...or Harry...or even Linder.
But I guess if I was trying to side step I might start pointing fingers all over the place. ( I might...but I dont think so)
I hope I will always be above that.

about how/why and what I was doing with the 40 or so honest non search country members who were left...

to say that I make people search is a damm lie...I do NOT ask, beg, plead or demand searches...nor do I allow ads to do that...

I simply send em out...that is it ...

I do send some ads for ptrs, etc...home biz ads...etc...to non searchers

I did NOT delete non searchers..in fact, simple proof of this is on my advertisment page....which lets people see how many members I have in each country....and see how many members have various interests checked
under targeting, I have 2742 searchers and 3700 members total..which means 1000 of these members have decided to NOT opt in to search

there are search country only sites where everyone must search..but not with me...

I think this is very unfair to have people simply write total lies and have them accepted..what proof?? I have proof on the site that I do NOT force searches...

you ask about ays?? well...the funny no name complaints all sounded like the posts linder made bout me...the word "click fraud"...
how many people use that term??

you know...IF I have done something wrong i do admit it..and i make it right...I dont see too damm many sites who paid out members of a country before deleting them...I have given refunds..I let many "suspended" members back *unless they had a cheat bot or a duplicate account which I find kind of unforgivable...

I just feel this is unfair...but I guess I appreciate your point of view??

I started to read your post and my first thought was.." Wow...this isnt the response I expected...Good for her" but that was pretty quickly overtaken by more of the "same old"- same old".

You are very strong in your denial of not forcing searches but the only problem is...- I didnt say you did.
So ranting about people lying by saying you force searches means zip to me.
You reply to me saying that "people" are lying about you.

Did I post anything that was a lie.

Do you not send almost exclusively search emails. ( actually the word "almost" barely makes it in there)
How many searches do you send in comparison to any other type of ad??

I have heard you go on for pages about all the freebies you offer..Everything from soup to nuts... or about your connections in the cosmetic/hairdressing field.
But no ads from there. ( I could have missed one or two so should not say none.)

Almost Nothing but searches...and then you say your advertisers do not target non search countries...so No ads = no acounts for the non search country members.
Is that a lie??

Then you "strongly imply" that it is Linder sending the complaints basing it on the rarity of using the term "click fraud"
Come on freebie...you can do better than that.

The words "click fraud" are so common they almost rival the words scam or whiner or bogus complainer..
Then you say you are treated unfairly and that you just wont stand for it.

But its fair to label someone else.
Or is it ok for you because - as you said...you have the money to pay off if you want to delete someone so I guess the same rules dont apply.

You seem to do the same thing with your site as you do when on a vendetta against another site.
Repeat and repeat again. If you say it a few hundred times it has to be fact.

One thing I have really noticed since you opened your own site.
You now seem to have many of the same problems ays and many other sites have struggled with.

Cheaters, liars, scammers, bots and both genuine and non genuine complaints.
Now it is certainly true that there is a major difference between you and ays... Your payments are current and ays is far behind.

But then ays is a couple years old and you are a few months old.

About the time frame that you are in now..ays was also current and the only difference was that their payments were a few hundred dollars and yours are a dollar +.

You are beginning to fact these issues and you are current.

I truly hope that you stay current but we never know what tomorrow holds do we?

In any case...it would be nice to see people able to discuss their own problems and their own sites without constantly bashing and hiding behind another.

Belle...I have paid out over $12000..and i have had the site since sept..

fyi...I have american members who have made $50, 100, 150 from the signups...

the point was NOT that advertisers did not want to send non search mails..but that even if they were sending a ptr ad they would say "send it just to the search countries"...

OR they would pick out what countries using the 'targeting" feature on my ad page....
leaving out china, poland,russia etc..

Once I got the ad manager it was easy to see how many in the other countries..and to easily exclude them from ads

I even have had advertisers say "Oh let me pay for the ad to all, but just dont send it to china/vietnam, russia, etc. etc"...

NO ads to send to them...

I have more for usa than anywhere really...why?? cause more offers, more stuff is usa only....and I have a fair amount for canada...

so really the point here was NOT that I did not have non search ads, but that I could not get advertisers who wanted to advertise to china etc...

and...she sent a total lie to Rob...I saw it...really awful..

stated that "Paypal made me give back her money"...like 2 bucks...
when the truth? That I freely and personally sent the money to her
Paypal will NOT do anything about a virtual purchase..like ads..
I did not HAVE to do anything...i did it because I am an honorable person..

what is that?? slander or libel?? I forget...I am not good at law..
just like I am not technical..that is why I hire people who can do stuff
and hire lawyers :)

I am very very curious to see what sort of investigating has been done..

emails...screenshots...letters....im's....what sort of "proof"??

I do agree freebie that anyone lying about any site is a jerk...but doesnt it strike you as strange that these people just all of a sudden started lying. I know my thought would be more along the lines of...More lying ( as opposed to first time at gptb liars.

And in your case it isnt just peeps jumping on the bandwagon but coming out of nowhere.
So I can well imagine how many wanted to be part of the "in group" with other sites ( especially after weeks/months) of thread after thread...with the rallying call to run to gptb and get your complaint in about other sites..With you and others pounding away day after day.

Even to the point of letting people know they were gutless if they didnt and deserved to be ripped off.

I dont know why people would bother making up stories about your site and I dont really care.
It is just plain wrong if they are not true.
But you expect everyone to give you the opportunity to prove them true or not.
Did you give others that chance or did you just blindly jump on anything written.

Oh well... I hope you can answer the above questions and I do hope everyone stops the bogus complaints. I also hope that others recognize that owing money does not make anyone a liar...any more than having money makes anyone honest..

To answer Belle..
I have non searchers who get paid all the time...

they signup for free stuff...mostly usa...

yesterday I sent out 2 offers for canada too...you can signup

they can join other ptrs in the ptrptsup section..
these pay 25 cents...you can NOT run in there and sign up for a gazillion tho like some of the non search country people did..that would not be fair to the advertisers....you can only signup for 3 at at time..and if there is an excessive number at payment, I can now put some on pending
so actually they could get 50 cents of their cashout from ptr ptsups

there are also some..not many but some ptc's...

I also send ads (paid for) for home biz and other ptrs...almost all of them go to canada..

how can you say I "suggest' that people search when I personally never say a damm word about searching and I do not

Kanada "ran" with an erronous assumption...in a thread on getpaidforum..where someone wrongly "implied" that I had "deleted all non searchers"...I did not..

in that thread..and here..Kanada did say that they realized I had not done this..and even went so far as to acknowledge that one of the other "complaints" is easily not right..
Kanada also said he wished the OP of that silly thread had been more clear...
I felt he did try to "make this right" and as I said, i respected his posts for that

I have proof of giving a refund, and the person complained there after the refund and sent a complaint to rob after the refund..so totally bogus..and kanada admits these

as usual, I am a bit confused by belle's posts..however she does seem to admit that I do NOT ask, beg, demand or force searches...??

Tho it says "no refund" I actually do send an email to advertisers and let them run something else....today I had a guy send me a site all in chinese ? I think an error...i wrote him back.. I had one hyip yesterday and a "double your money" Program today...they need to send me an acceptable ad

sometimes I just refund the money if it looks like a hassle...I had a woman send me an ad this week offering MY members $10 to signup in a program with her...payable in 45 days LOL

well...I am sure one of my gazillion cousins in Ireland may have fallen off a turnip truck within the last month..but I am here in south florida..NO turnip trucks IN site haha....I sent her the few bucks back..NOT worth it to me....why should I run that ad and in 45 days have peeps asking ME where the promised $10 is ?

plus...I am NOT hard up...I dont have to take any crappy looking ad I dont like the looks of :) I am working to get more ebay ads, more home biz ads, more "real" ads..I dont have to take crap..

and..by the same token...I dont care what people do in their spare time...if they want to use the money they earn with me to invest in hyips...or play games and lose on other sites...or buy knitting needles to stick up their nose ?? NOT my biz..

as for deleting members/? well...I dont "advertise" it..but...I am also lenient on that...I do delete for inactivity...but...do not block them..once i "purge' they are free to resignup...
I do suspend for certain things..ie, ptsup abuse, silly interests..but I usually unsuspend if they write to me...people who write to me about cheat links can remain a member..but do lose the "fine' the link imposed...

The only people "blocked" are those who 1) had duplicate accounts (sometimes) and 2) those who USED A ROBOTIC PROGRAM..CHEAT BOT>..YES...THEIR IP, THEIR EMAIL IS BLOCKED
3) I blocked a guy who tried to buy ads with fraudulent funds...

now..can you ..or anyone else blame me for that/? Helloooooo :)

Kanada "ran" with an erronous assumption...in a thread on getpaidforum..where someone wrongly "implied" that I had "deleted all non searchers"...I did not..

in that thread..and here..Kanada did say that they realized I had not done this..and even went so far as to acknowledge that one of the other "complaints" is easily not right..
Kanada also said he wished the OP of that silly thread had been more clear...
I felt he did try to "make this right" and as I said, i respected his posts for that

Why would anyone ever complain about Beehive. It is one of the best. They pay on time. I have been paid about six times. Why not pick on the sites that never pay? This site shouldn't even be on the watch list. Hard to understand this one. One of the best sites ever. :)

I have already given 'proof" on 2 bogus complaints and I am waiting for Rob, the owner of this site, to give me the info on these other ones, so I can shoot them down to...they all seem to be lying complaints that I am "deleting people who post here in support of another program (ays I guess)" or that I am "deleting those for who are against click fraud"..

one of them said I had "deleted all non searchers" which I have easily proved is nonsense...
and another funny thing...these supposed "deleted members" claim I deleted them from my own forum..which is illogical since I cant use the admin function on it...I dont delete anyone from there..total lies..

I anxiously await Robs proof...I want to know how much he investigates these so called complaints...I stand ready willing and able to 1) If I have done "something wrong" I would be willing to make it right...or 2) if it is a lie I will prove it...

I really don't know how I can trust the watch list here or any of it when they shoot down good programs like Beehive. I don't come here too often but I was looking for something specific when I saw that Beehive was on the watch list and I just had to say something. I know that most of your members are very happy. There aren't many programs that even pay anymore. I am owed so much money, it is ridiculous. They just eventually disappear without any explanation. Anyhow, hang in there because you do have one of the best programs. I just wish I lived in the U.S. for some of the freebies etc. I am a U.S. citizen living in Canada. Anyhow, keep your chin up and don't let them get away with lies. It is usually just a few troublemakers that start this kind of thing. They need to get this program off the watch list. Have a super day and don't let a few people ruin it. Love your program. :)

My opinion is that if someone is conducting their business according to legal and ethical standards and they become a target of someone's wrath then they should have the opportunity to straighten out any issues. If the complaint wasn't warrented then the site should not have been put on the watch list. I do not know how Rob handled it and that wasn't my issue. I don't blame you for wanting to set the record straight. I have a problem with endorsing people who previously bent over backwards to harass and ridicule those who spoke out about fraud, people who supported and defended thieves just because they are now clamoring to agree with you.

Yes, the boycott process is agonizingly slow and most of us wish things were better but at least it's still here and it is still helping people.

Personally, I would have more respect for a businessperson who kept the focus on the issues and the business itself rather than calling the complainant names. A simple explanation in a neutral tone works wonders in establishing trust and respect.
