is it safe to add a credit card to my paypal acount? cause i don't want them or anyone to steel my money

some people say its really great and other (like the ones on paypalwarning) say this is bull**** .. what is your opinion about it?

I love paypal. Very good site. I was worried about adding my bank info, but did it and never had anything wrong happen.

Dont worry about that paypalwarning site. I know lots of people that havent had any problems with them.

Make sure you always have https://www.paypal.com in the url. Notice the s. Always even when logging in.

I've had a credit card on file with PayPal since July 2001 and have had no problems whatsoever.

I too, have had a credit card on file with Pay Pal for almost one year, and have never had any problems. The few times I contacted customer service, I received quick, useful responses. So I give them two-thumbs up!

I would be more concerned about a company that did not have a privacy policy, did not use secure forms, or did not have any contact information. If they use Pay Pal, they must have all of them, and since you are actually purchasing on the Pay Pal site, it is much safer. Like Keith pointed out, just be sure you are REALLY on the Pay Pal site! If you are unsure about a vendor, contact Pay Pal first.

Hope this helps a little!
