I belong to cashsurfers... I have now for about 3 months.... I know their limit is 120 hrs per month in may i think i used their cashbar for about 80-100 hours actively... And i couldnt see the rate per hour until this month so today i checked it and the rate was sooooo low... It said for my 74,000 points wich were many hours i was only getting 5 cents!!! 5 cents for almost 100 hours! Im not sure if they are dying out or something... but if any one here belongs to them please let me know if they ever pay or does it take years...? thanks

Yep one if their problems is the rates. They are very low. But the good news is that they do pay, once you reach the minium, which is $20 i think. The usually convert points to cash like 3 months after the close of the month.
Hope this helps

Have you thought about DEGOO it pays a good rate per hour,
Pays out at $10 and has a support section on here, I am sure
if you wanted more info before changing over Carl of Degoo
would be pleased to give you it.
It is even in the downline builder section ;)
Not that I am pushing it :D :D :D :D

Cashsurfers also has a surf bar that contains spyware so I stopped using them for the extremely low rates and the spyware embedded in their program.

I found that out 4 months ago.
It was taking forever to reach minimum payout anyways.
I was paid just 2 times from them very long time ago.

Its not a dumb question at all.
Here is the definition of Spyware:
It is a generic term typically describing software whose purpose is to collect demographic and usage information from your computer, usually for advertising purposes. The term is also used to describe software that 'sneaks' onto the system or performs other activities hidden to the user. Spyware apps are usually bundled as a hidden component in mis-labeled "freeware" and shareware applications1 downloaded from the Internet--a spyware module may be active on your computer at this moment without your knowledge. These modules are almost always installed on the system secretively, suggesting that spyware companies know how users feel about such software and figure that the best/only way to ensure its widespread use is to prevent the end-user from discovering it.
Here is a list of what it does:
-Collects information from your computer without your knowledge and/or consent
-Transmits a unique code to identify you (for tracking purposes) without your knowledge and/or consent
-Collects/transmits information about your computer use or other habits without your knowledge and/or consent
-Installs itself on your computer without your knowledge and/or consent
-Keeps reinstalling itself, no matter how many times you remove it
-Performs other unwholesome duties without your knowledge and/or consent
