problems with Blink anyone?

I have had problems with Blink. I didnt recieve 196,000 ptsfor participating in offers, and I submitted points for a webcertificate, which I never got. I have emailed them several times, but have heard nothing. Has anyone else had problems with them, or gotten them resolved?

Blink? I have had an e-mail in my mailbox for over a year now from when I inquired about the points I spent to advertise my own site. They wrote back and said I was in the que and would be nitified when my site went up. So far, no notification, no site went up--no nothing. That soured me on them and I barely ever bother with them anymore unless I've exhausted all my work in the legitimate sites and am not ready to go off line yet.
