This sleazy program, that doesn't pay anyone, should be on the Boycott list. Their site at www.paidforsurf.com is still operating. I've even recently seen their advertising banner listed on TasiasPaidLinks trolling for new suckers, (oops, I mean members) so it appears they're still actively scamming.
