penny-twisters wrote a letter stating that she had to raise the payout limit from no minium to $25. and anyone that wanted to pay out could. well i wanted to pay out and i can't. i have wrote her 3 times asking for my money and no response. has anyone had the same problem as me.

Thanks for the notice. I'll keep aware, I haven't made payout yet, now I may just quit.

Happened to me. A jump to $25 is a huge one. I e-mailed on the 28th/29th of last month (day I got the notice) and got no reply. January payments haven't been made yet, either.

i got my self out moment i request redemtoin for my ads

as her not paying in her lettre she clearly sayd redemtoin for ads or 25 payout

she claiming that her advertiser dosent want pay 30 net well look for more advertiser i think it was load off b.s

i found my self other site that pays evermonth guppy and this webmaster trying is best for the site keep running and pepeol get paid i hoppe it will stay for a wile i m really mad at penny twister for what it did they could off payout the january payment frist then change it

as soon as i found out about that, i cancelled right away. i can't see losing 1 advertiser making that big of a difference. the number of emails never did change
