I have posted a response to question about AutoSurf Club (ASC) before and at that time I was waiting on a responce from ASC to give them a fair chance to fix errors and at last they have not. I gave them weeks when on the web site says he would try to get back to people within 24 hours.

I have only been a member with them less than a month when this happened I have never been paid insted before I could reach payout I was suspended. When I was suspended I waited to see if there may have been a problem they needed to work out after about a week I started sending letters with no response until I received the letter of suspention many weeks later.
Here is the letter I wrote earlier:
This is the responce I got after a many weeks or so when I could not access my account. I also included my response back.

I have just received your letter of suspension for as was stated excessive use. I have read the terms and it does not say excessive use in the agreement to be a problem. The only thing I found says " Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to be inappropriate or illegal by Auto Surf Club be detected it may result in member termination and possible legal action. " This does not state what is inappropriate or abuse is let alone excessive use. How can a program that is meant to run automaticaly suppose not be excessive? I also would like to say that it said suspension but nothing about taking the money I have already earned plus sign up bonus away yet when I checked my statistics there is no earnings in there. I have check around a little and have found I am not the only one who got suspended or dropped for no apparent reason. The site also states that you would try to respond to e-mail within 24 hrs yet it took several weeks to get a letter of sususpension with a reactivation.What kind of insentive do I have to continue with a company who takes the earnings away (including sign up bonus) for no real reason? Who is to say this won't happen again? After all it doesn't say what is excessive so 5min or 5days just for you to take that money away. I believe I have given you fair chance to fix this issue and if this is the best that you can do then I will just need to report what is going on to other posts so this doesn't happen to anyone else. If you want me to give this another try you need to pay what you owe or at least add to account.
