Well, we've all seen sites that dump thier membership etc etc, not to have to pay them.

This site has come up with a new on to avoid paying. I have over $24 in earning. Lots of clicks to get there.

Now they have decided to be a ads only site. Just a new criminal thing to do to members as far as i'm concerned.

I thought most of these deadbeat sites were gone???????

I hate to be the bearer of bad tidings, but sadly it will happen. Just noway to weed out the bad sites. Just hope your like me and the majority i belong to are honest. But it is sad, to click and click and get cheated. Whats really funny is, some of the dishonest sites use turing numbers to catch cheaters. Now thats funny.lol.

To all members of myemailspaycash, I have known the new owner of this site for some time and have found him to be a very honest, hohorable and moral person. He bought the site in hopes of returning it to what it was meant to be. He was and still is, a paid Gold Member as I am. I have offered to help him with some of the admin duties and in whatever areas I can. We need ideas from any source as to ways to generate revenue and cash flow to help pull this site out of the deep hole that it was left in.

Mike bought this site in hopes of saving the earnings of all members, not just his own. He simply could not stand by and watch the site close down.

Please bear with us and continue your membership. If you leave, your earnings are forfeited. We do not want to see this happen.

Thank you Richard, for your help, and for the post. And hello folks, my name is Mike, and I just took over ownership of My Emails Pay Cash. I bought this site and kept it alive for a couple of reasons, which are 1) I could! and 2) I see an opportunity where if we put our heads together, we can get this site to one day deliver what it's name represents. My philosophy is and will always be, that if I can help my people be successful, then by nature, it will make the site/program as a business successful.

We have all had various levels of experience with programs, I am no different. I have seen the good, the bad, and the ugly. Nothing that I put my name on will be among the bad and the ugly, that is my pledge to you. I will never promise what I cannot or will not deliver, so, yes for the time being MEPC will be a redeem for ads site until we can generate revenues for the site which we can then deliver to the members. You have all seen those sites that promise to deliver thousands of dollars, and they are selling two dollar ads. So don't expect to be paid from those sites. I just shake my head when I see them.

We have alot of work to do with MEPC and yes we do have some revenue ideas that we are analyzing. We feel this site needs some external funding to support it, to go along with internal earnings from the members and advertisers. We know how to invest funds and make very, very good returns, and will set up such an account for the site once funds become available for it. Along with this, we are going to seek forming joint ventures and partnerships with other programs to further offer to the members of MEPC. I pity the members that have jumped the gun and left, because within months (likely sooner) this site will be being talked about here much, much differently and members WILL be earning income from it for their loyal work.

None of these things will happen today , tomorrow, or next week, and for now the site is alive and with nearly 1000 members currently, it is not a bad place to receive FREE ads as well :D The good things will come, we will set up a members only Forum so we can work together. It is not about me, or Richard, but rather about each and every member and their success.

Just one final note, we are working on the site this weekend with the host, so the site will appear "down" at times. It will be back up as quickly as we can get things done. Nothing that will be visible on the surface, but things that will help us on our end deliver better service.

I just wanted to set my complaint straight. It is not against the new owner, it is against the webmistress/prior owner, who i feel ripped the membership off. I wish the new owner all the best and hope he can get this site back on its feet and go back to paying the members. Like i said before, i have no use for spending my earnings on ads. I'm sure a good percentage of the membership are with me on this one. Its just too bad the prior owner did not live up to the terms that were in place when we joined.

Thank you kissinken, I fully understand the frustrations of yourself and many, and did not take your post as an attack on myself. As I said , it is not about me, but rather about YOU and every loyal member. We will work as a TEAM and get this site where it should be, and needs to be. :D

Where have I seen this type of post before?

Hello "Mike .....?" my name if "Fred .....?" I read the blah blah below and notice that the only time you mentioned HOW you are going to turn this "hot potato" around was through investing and thats it.

Certainly would not call that a plan. But hey if it fools the members, good for you huh? I gather that what you will do is have members "invest" in a group fund where you then "invest" it in a HYIP then return a small percentage to the group, but if you take a loss on the investment and the money the members put in disappears.. shhh no one will know where it went huh. lol

Oh and I assume that the members earnings will remain the same and be returned to cash when your amazing plan works?

You may want to refrain from making rash statements until you have some kind of a clue as to what you are talking about.

Mike has only had this site for a matter of days and the hosts' servers crashed this past week end. Not ONE member will be asked to put up a dime of their own money, period, end of story..

For your benefit, allow me to repeat that in case you missed it the first time. Not a SINGLE member will be asked to put up one red cent of their own money nor will they be required to use their earnings for ads if they do not care to.

The only exception to that statement will be that Mike and I may well decide to use some of own personal funds to return this site to what it was meant to be.

To quote Mike "We know how to invest funds and make very, very good returns, and will set up such an account for the site once funds become available for it."

PLease Read the statement carefully, the account will be set up for the benefit of MEMPC. The funds required will come from the current investment and be set aside in a separate investment fund with the same company and all returns from that special account will be used to keep this site solvent.


We will, however, ask EVERY member to work with us and sign up for some free programs.Free programs that will generate revenue. Mike can not be held responsible for the actions of the prior webmaster nor should he be.

kissinkin, our pledge to you, if you will hang in there and work with us, you will indeed be paid what you are owed. Probably not all at once in a lump sum and the GOLD members who have spent their own money to upgrade receive partial or full payment first which we believe is also as it should be.

Mike and I cannot save this program without the help of ALL members.
It's thier money and hopefully they will be willing to work a bit to save
it. Heaven forbid, you may even be asked to make a search now and then.

Geez guys, i was just upset at the webmistress/prior owner. Had to vent how i felt about her leaving the members and spending or abscounding with earnings earned by the members. I do know there are webmistresses and webmasters who care about the wellbeing of thier members. If not for them i would of been out of the GPTR programs long ago. To them i give mucho KUDO's. I belong to 50+ such sites and have been paid by 40 or so of them. But there are the other 50+ i have joined that have disappeared or other underhanded means not to pay the members. Hope some of them read this. Oh heck people like those don't have one iota of guilt. If any read this, they'll know who they are????????????????????

Yeah yeah. So me not knowing what I am talking about? lol. So you take on a site and "duck shove" all the resposibility on to the previous owner? lol again. You took on the site means that ethically and lawfully you also take on the sites finacial burdons. Did you? No. Have you? No. Will you? No.

So why take over a site like this? DATABASE of exsisting members that you do not have to be finacially responsible for. Why not open a fresh site with a clean slate? I am sure with all you idealistic ideas you will do well. But NO lets take on one that already has members and put a bit of spin on it to make us look like we had nothing to do with the previous owner...

I have seen this same thing done over and over so many times I do not care to count and it always starts with the same bull and always ends up the same. You are no different. If you were you would have quite easily started with a new site and achieved the same, but you have not so, to me that speaks volumns of your ability to run a profitable site.

He is riding on the fact that the origonal members have not been paid, they got shived and now will be held hostage even longer. Oh yeah it wont happen this week or this year but it will happen, PLEASE keep clicking for us so we can make this a wonderful paying site agian. Wake up!

There's really no point in complaining. If it happens, it happens. If it doesn't it doesn't. There is not a thing that any one can do. I agree with kissinken as I am a Gold member at MEPC as well and have lost all of my earnings there. Now I see the site is not up at all. What's the point of fighting it when there is nothing that a person can do. It seems to me that we all take the risk of getting rooked when we do anything online.

Yep, its disappeared now? Lets see, webmistress goes to ads only and then sells site to new owners who make promises and then site disappears???? HUMMMMMMMM. I guess we are just lucky they didn't stay around any longer than they did. They got away with rooking the members, but at least not getting any new members? Of course that doesn't mean they can't pop up under MEPC, or another name. The new owners said, they were going to be doing adjustments to the site and would not be sending any emails.lol. This Post is a bit overdue and I apoligise for that.As you may or not be aware, this site was hosted in the UK. The host has informed us that the server that the site was hosted on suffered a total meltdown. We contacted the previous owner hoping beyond hope that she had a back up of some kind. She informed us that she had destroyed everything. (we were a bit surprised that she even bothered to answer,but, to her credit, she did).ALL data was lost when the server went down...Not a thing can be done by ANYONE...My money is gone as is Mikes' so we are certainly not happy campers right now. We have bought a new site that is starting from scratch and it WILL be run morally and ethically.Only time will tell how successful we will be.

Had you done so, you would have seen your past few posts are not only grossly incorrect, but also that you have blatantly misjudged myself and Richard. I will not state how much cash I lost out of pocket because of the server failure after having owned MEPC for a grand total of 4 days, but it surpasses what you claim to have lost by more than 20 times, and that is out of pocket, not clicky cash. Needless to say it was not money I could afford to lose, which is just what I did do. As Richard said, we were and are sickened by what happened, which by the way is verifiable had anyone had the interest of checking into, rather than just to assume we were out to cheat anyone. We lost nearly 1,000 members and I don't see how anyone in their right mind would think we would want to do that purposely? It makes absolutely zero sense if one thinks about it. We no longer have the data to even contact a single one of those members, so to think that starting a new site is somehow an attempt to once again CHEAT them is ludicrous as well. You have to understand that, i've been doing GPTR programs for 6 years and have lost lots with sites that have mysteriously lost thier data base. Number 1. A bonified site that is going to be around, has a backup for an emergency. Could it be, the prior owner never planned on paying the members? Once the amount owed to the members got so high, she ran and dumped the site to some one else with this ads only crap?????

Well my husband was also a member to this site and was almost at payout when you took over the site and then went in the following week or so and then said that the hosting account was suspended.
