Had a bad experience with the support here (but I was answered), basically, after requesting help I was sent what I believed to be an automated answer (i.e., a standard (generic) answer that would of likely been phrased the same for anyone asking a similar question (and said so), the response I received to my response was that I was being abusive and slanderous.
Please note that this was my experience only, I am not interested in badmouthing people for "no reason", but am interested in finding out if others have had a similar experience, and I can be very emotional and have been wrong before, but I certainly did not think of referring to an answer as an automated generic response (turned out I was wrong on that) with the possibility of being posted here was slanderous and abusive.
It just seems to me that the webmaster here is more interested in being right than in real customer service, oh yeah, I did use the phrase (I listen to Clark Howard) "Customer no service".
