I have been a user of bank-mails.com for a couple of months with no problem until today. If I remember correctly, the payout for bank-mails.com is $180. I have accumulated about $140 in my account with almost nil downline earning.
I can't believe bank-mails is so mean: they suspend my account when it is nearing payout! Beware! Don't let yourself get frustrated by bank-mails in the end!

Bank-Mails has been suspended by their host......that's why you're seeing a "This Account Has Been Suspended" message when you try to log in.

Usually this means hosting fees haven't been paid -- the host suspends the site until the fees are caught up.

It's not your account.

(Although...bank mails is a junk program and you'll never get paid from it; but at least it should make you feel better to know that you personally were not suspended from anything.)

and if the bank account has been suspended, then obviously it shows that he doesn't have the money to pay and that all the links that you were clicking were just redemptions.

you won't get paid with no refs anyway. I quote from their TOS

Members will be paid via eGold(10% fee)/moneybookers(15% fee). bank-mails.com will pay members when their balance reaches the minimum payout and have at least 200 first level referrals .

This program sucks. :) Sorry.

i think they just haven't changed the number. if it was programmed into the database, we would see the truth
