I requested payout with this program 2 months ago. I requested payout when the tos was 30days. I emailed the owner 6 times or better and never got a response. Today I finally got this response

then hit 'submit a program' on left
I can submit the whole email if necessary. No reply to if I was on a payout list or nothing. He must not care about his programs or his members to suggest me to boycott him and sent me that telling me how to do it. All I did was ask when I was gonna be paid. I didn't say anything out of the way.
