A month ago they were a "NO Payout Minimum" company. Then they changed their rules, creating a $0.50 payout minimum. Now it has risen again, this time payout minimum is $5

I know that it's frustrating, but these companies are entitled to change their terms of service if they find that they can't make it financially with their old terms... a $5 minimum is not bad (not like sites with a $500 payout!), and I have been paid by Zaraditenovac, so I know that they will payout requests. I still like the site...

The problem is the minuim payout sites. There are way too many of them around. The webmasters are going into debt because alot of people are redeeming out all at once. The low payout programs need to set a payout higher than what they are doing. Lots of sites are closing down or selling because they can't pay their members. The minuim payout for all sites should be $50. That way, the webmasters can pay their bills, get more cash in for profit, and so forth to pay their members.

If a company pays 1-2c for each mail, which is really not much, then even if you had many refferals, you would need at least a year (maybe even a few years) to earn $50.

I know. Imagine how much a webmaster who has 20000 members? What if they all cash out when they reached $1? That would be $20,000 the webmaster have to pay each month. Lets say the $5 is the cash out point? That would be$100,000. How about $10 cash out? $200,000. Do you see my point about these programs? It would drive alot of programs out of business.

How ever, unless the WM is making big mistakes like not putting aside the money for payouts That $1 per member would have had to be earned by the members from paying links.
The only way a webmaster like that would go bankrupt that way is if the only links he sends out are his own.
This seems to be one of the big problems with the proliferation of new GPTREM programs. New webmaster comes around with a new site and starts sending out his own reflinks like crazy. He builds up a hefty debt in member earnings, but has not sold any or almost no packages. Then he finds himself in the position of having to pay out mega bucks which he does not have.
There, another scam born.
In the mean time he might have gotten some hefty downlines in some programs......and runs with it.

Personally i just think that there are to many new and GREEDY webmasters that do not know how to manage money.

ZARADITENOVAC - ANOTHER CHANGE OF TERMS

The company is famous of changing their terms of agreement often. After changin a minimum payout twice, they changed the number of refferal levels - now there are 9 levels instead of unlimited levels. This change was made silently, without any special announcement to the users. Only those, who read updated "Terms of agreement" could notice that.
