Wasn't sure where the best place to post this was, so if Mod wants to relocate it that will be fine.

It was recently brought to my attention that most traffic exchange networks are created from the perspective that you already know what they are about to a certain extent, which leaves the 'newbie' in feeling overwhelmed and too embarassed to ask what it is all about.

I have found a site created by a young man who has a ton of experience using traffic exchanges. His site goes into very thorough detail of what a traffic exchange (or hit exchange) is, how to use one etc. I don't always agree with everything he says, but for the most part I do, and he has some great explanations in there. You can see his site here:

And a good 'Review' of traffic exchanges in general - what to look for in a traffic exchange etc. (* this is good for those of you who wonder why traffic exchanges have certain rules they do, why sometimes easier to use traffic exchanges are not always better etc)

It is very long, but if you really want to learn about using traffic exchanges it is a worthwhile read. By the way, does Hit Kingdom meet all the "criteria" he lays out for an 'excellent' traffic exchange?...No, but I AM constantly working to improve it.

One thing to keep in mind guys...if you appreciate the fact that your favorite traffic exchange is making it difficult for cheaters, let the webmaster know. Most of the time all we hear are complaints -- usually from people who want to abuse the system.

Any questions...just ask!
