Why do you have your referral id posted here? You can say something about a program without including your ref id in the post!

This site charges,
<<PUBLIFACIL.COM, sends your commissions via a Cirrus ATM Debit card that will be sent to you once you reach the minimum. The card sending process is automated, you don't have to solicit the card. The payroll card will be sent by postal mail when your commissions reach the minimum. The cost of the card is $20 per year, with a one time $5 S/H charge that will be deducted from your commissions.>>
First, it doesn't cost 20 bucks a year to maintain a bank account, much less 20 a year per member. Second, it doesn't cost 5 bucks to mail a card, if they are sending the card special, i.e. registered, then I can see it.
The fees seem topheavy to me. I'm not really familiar with a lot of the fees, etc, so if I'm wrong someone please correct me.

They are her signature. They are not a POST specifically for those sites.
As to where the money comes from... It doesn't matter, 20 bucks a year is too much. It doesn't cost that much to maintain the system. 5 I could see maybe even 10, but 20 is excessive, especially when there's a 40 payout. How many people will be within reach of payout then get whacked with that 20 dollar charge? I'm not buying it.

You can't put a referral link in a post, unless you post in Referral Threads.

I have put mine in my signature, which is permissible -- you can do the same thing for any program(s) you choose.

If you want to talk about a program that's fine, but just mention the program by name, don't use your ref id in the text.

Welcome to the forum btw -- if you want to find out what the rules are, just scroll down to the bottom of any page. There you'll find a direct link that says "Forum Rules."

No, they send you a debit card. Not sure how it works, I guess they send you a card and a pin number.
Thing is, you have to pay $20 a year, there's a $5 shipping charge and most banks charge at least $1.50 for atm cards that aren't theirs. So, you have to have $40 plus whatever your bank is gonna charge you. My bank, National City, charges $1.50 for non-NC atm cards.

:D one more thing is that the adds come from different source... not like other ptr programmes where the adds comes from same industry itself.... for how LONG THOSE PAID TO ADD READ PROGRAMMES WILL SURVIVE from the adds from its own industry??? publifical is bit unique.....
