Hi, im signed on many programs but i didnt understand how it works..
I sign up then what ? How i start making money..? Do i need to pay for anything before getting some money ? Whats all that "advertising program" on the websites?

No, you don't need to spend any money in order to earn from a PTR site.

The advertisement section is for anyone who wants to run an ad on that site (an email link, PTC banner, rotating banner, etc.) for another program, search engine or, in isolated cases, something different.

All you have to do to start earning money is click on your emails and the banners in the site's Paid to Click section....your earnings will add up with each one you click and will always be reflected on your earnings page.

Once you hit the site's minimum amount for payout, you can request to be paid....with any luck, you will be (although unfortunately it's not guaranteed since there are some sites that never pay).

Suggestion: Since you're new, don't take on too many programs to begin with until you get the hang of things....You can always add more later. Also, never spend any of your own money to buy an ad or upgrade your membership to a higher level until you are familiar with the program and feel reasonably comfortable that your money will be used for its intended purpose. Start off slowly and build from there.

In the text u sould see something like paid add, and a LIKE which has a long number after usally at the end.

I wish I had your advice about 6 months ago, its the best advice around :)

I think every GOOD ptr site should have a link to here, as it took me 4 months to relize some sites do not pay, and go looking for a site like this which tells people the truth.
