I'm hearing more and more negative comments about bank-mails and it's related sites. Has anyone been paid? Is it a scam. I'm nearing the payout and want to know if it's just pie-in-the sky. Please let me know what you think soon. Thank you!

It's pie-in-the-sky.......All of the people who were ever in the plan to be paid by Bank Mails already were long ago.....and those are only a select few high-rollers with huge downlines that allowed them to hit payout quickly before the site ran out of money (not to mention more than likely buddies of the owner).
Bank-Mails is one of those Dream Star Mail clones - it's a junk program that never intended to pay. It's only purpose now is to make money for the above-mentioned high-rollers who first redeem for a bunch of search ads to put money in their pockets and then are able to sucker people into buying their worthless accounts on eBay.
I'm sorry, but if you've been clicking away long enough to have almost reached payout, it's all been for nothing.

This proves that viewers wont help the advertisers. People are all in it to eat the money away. I think thats why I think Bank-mails dont care about the viewers

No, GPTB is known for its honesty. Sometimes the truth isn't positive -- but it's still the truth.
Mickey - I'm sure you asked your initial question in hopes of getting an honest answer - right? Well, if so, that's exactly what you got from me in my earlier post. No, it probably wasn't what you wanted to see - but it was what you needed to see because every word I wrote was the truth.
I could have said something like: Bank-Mails is a great program and you'll probably get paid about 15 minutes after you request payout.
That would have been lovely to read -- and very positive -- but it also would have been a complete lie.
That's exactly why I answered you the way I did.

I have no problem with you being honest with me about bank-mails. That's why I asked. However, you seem to believe that the post by bad-charlotte was from me. It was that persons post, apparently in response to mine. Those are his/her words, not mine.

For some silly reason, I referred to Godd-Charlotte as bad charlotte. I have no idea why I made such a silly mistake. I guess I just didn't pay attention.

No, Mickey, I knew which post belonged to which person.....I started off by replying to the post made by good charlotte and then I made a comment to you within that same post.
I can see why you thought I was confused because I didn't make it really clear in my post, but I really wasn't confused at all.
This sounds confusing too doesn't it?

If that's true, then you should consider yourself extremely fortunate.
ADDED:
You do realize, of course, that the $90 you were paid was probably part of the $240 you paid the WM for your upgraded membership, so actually you were paid with your own money!

HI yes it could be from my upgrade money but is that not the same for every single site, if u spend money there via upgrade or ads?
P.S> I am one of the suckers who got the account from an ebay auction u have stated in an earlier message, therefore NOT a buddy of the WM, just a normal clicker :)

Isn't Bank-mails part of the Rainbow/Meteor-mails team? They just started this point thing that when you get enough points you get paid in 48 hrs. I feel like I'm wasting my time, only because the $5 payout is 10,000 points. That's a lot, considering they only send like 100 per day. And they rarely send cash e-mails anymore. I was getting close to payout on Meteor mails, but if it's a waste of time, i'm removing myself.

Did you read their Terms.....they say they will only pay if you have 200 first level referrals (which is impossible for anyone to get in this program now since it's such a well-known scam).
Sorry, but they won't come through.

:stupid:
Would it be worth taking this to the BBB/somewhere and at least trying to get them shut down??

No it wouldn't do any good partly because the BBB doesn't close businesses down and also I believe the BBB only covers US-based businesses. I don't believe Bank Mails is owned by someone in the US.
Besides, by adding that clause in their Terms, they are setting up eligibility requirements, which technically, they have every right to do. It's the responsibility of members to read those Terms before joining and the nature of PTR is that by participating in any program, you are indicating that you've read and agree with that PTR's terms.
In this case, of course, it's a very devious addition, since they know Bank Mails' day in the sun is long over and no one can possibly have that many first level refs at this point, but it still gets them off the hook.
At this point, I'm afraid all you can do is chalk this up to valuable lessons learned the hard way - namely, read the TOS of any program carefully before joining it AND stay away from any program that promises unrealistic money -- clicking emails is only worth a couple of cents at best and programs with low payouts are much more likely to actually pay you when you request it.

I am pretty sure that line was added AFTER I joined. Anyways, despite the fact that all you here knew about it, a few months ago I did a search on the front of several sites like this, maybe even this site?, and found nothing so I figured it was a legit site....
Here are the other progs I'm in, are these good ones....
