Belgian-Bucks Bites the Big One?

Hi all,

Today I got a "This site is Suspended" page when I went to do my Belgian-Bucks banners, now I just get a "Page Not Found"
did anyone else get this?
Could it be another one bites the dust?

I do not know whether any other webmaster has informed their members regarding belgian bucks but Richard, webmaster of Email Traffic Kingdom informed his members.
