I requested payout on March 27. By their "Allow 45 days" rule, I should have been paid May 11. But I wasn't, and just today all of a sudden it doesn't recognize my username or email address.

My problem isn't that I was deleted.
I have been a member of no fewer than 200 PTR programs. Despite this, no program owner has ever heard of me. Why have they never heard of me, you ask? Because they have never had to delete me for clicking a cheat link, or for failing an English test, or for having incorrect personal information in my account. BECAUSE I READ THE BLOODY EMAILS, THAT'S WHY.
I can't imagine why I didn't read that cheat link email, but if they say I did then I'll accept that their database is probably more correct than my memory, and I'm not complaining about losing the account itself, or the two dollars therein.
My problem is that I had requested a $10 payment that was -overdue- when they sent the cheat link. They should have sent me my payment BEFORE that email was sent. But they didn't, and now they claim that I shouldn't receive the payment at all.
I read ten dollars worth of emails, READ them, not just clicked the links, and stared at the websites as the counter ticked down. My account was "in good-standing", as stipulated in their terms, for the full length of time I was supposed to allow while waiting for my money.
The cheat link should not have affected my payment, but BECAUSE * THEY * VIOLATED * THEIR * OWN * TERMS by not paying me within 45 days, they think they're justified in keeping my $10.

I read my emails just like you do for all my programs and I requested payout from maniac mails a while back, and i havent been deleted YET. So maybe you did accidentally click a cheat link. As if they were going to delete you cos they didnt want to pay you, surely they would have deleted me also?
:stupid:
I am also a member of another of their sites and they paid me just recently from that :D

Last year they paid me right after requesting it. I believe it was $5.00.
I am still trying to get them to credit me for signing up with ScreamForGreen. If I remember right they offered .50 to signup with their referral link. It has been several weeks and I email them. I know they could be very busy with redemptions.

Hello
I signed upto 8 programmes under maniac mail and it took about 6-8 weeks to get them all credited. I thought at first, I werent going to get my sign up bonuses, but I did. I guess you just have to wait a little and then you will get them. Better late than never hehe! :)

Like I said, I'm willing to accept that I clicked the cheat link and lost my earnings from after I requested payment. The point all along is that I legitimately earned $10 without incident and SHOULD HAVE GOTTEN IT.
It was their own shortcomings that had them behind payments, and I should not be held responsible (ie lose my $10) because THEY can't keep up with the rules they themselves put in their own terms and conditions (a legal contract we both agreed to when I signed up for the program over a year ago).
