Can free members at TPL still cash out?

About a week ago I wrote to TPL asking if Free members can still cash in, as I have some friends in Canada who might want to join. It's my understanding through the grape vine that they can. Now if I recall there was a great *push* at TPL in late May to get all free members to upgrade to at least sillver for $14.95 by June 3 or they wouldn't be able to cash in anymore. Of course the dead line was greatly extended well past June 4. Anyway, TPL has never replied to that email either.

Can peple who join for free cash out?

No , I don't believe so , but as I understand , you can use your earnings to upgrade .

You have to upgrade before you can cashout. I dont really like that rule. I almost have $13 and will upgrade with my earnings then will hopefully cashout.

Bummer! I guess I can forget about any referrals then! I think most people are like me and don't want to join a program they have to pay for.

I upgraded last June but only because I had been a member for a while and so I knew the money would be good. But if i hadn't of been a member already and someone wanted me to join as a free member and I had to upgrade to cash in, I probably wouldn't have. I've never paid to join any other program.

Some of those programs that give free trials are scam. They give you a free month to make money off of you , but you don't make any money after you upgrade. They won't pay you!

Thanks goodness TPL is a good program. I've always been paid by them - before and after I upgraded, as far as paying me when I cash in. But they're taking longer and longer to pay me. When I joined it was less then 24 hours. The last time I got paid t was 8 or 9 days. When I cashed in this time it said 7 to 14 days, so I'm figureing close to 2 weeks. can only cash in twice a month now because TPL won't let you cash in again until after your last cash in has been paid.

. After I upgraded, I now have enough new things to sign up for each day that I average about $2 a day in earnings. Now if they would just credit those more then 1 dozen old sign ups. Or at least let me know why they aren't going to so I can deicde if I want to keep wasting my time doing sign ups I won't get credited for.
