I've been having problems with the page of my TPL account that shows the things I supposedly signed up for and was supposedly credited for, ever since I joined a few months ago and I'm wondering if anyone else is too?
The credited submissions pages shows that I've signed up for things that I know good and well I didn't sign up for because they cost money, and I don't believe in spending money in order to make it. These approved "submissions" usually show up within minutes or hours after a new site is advertised at TPL. Even though they are on my crditied sumissions page, they aren't credited to my account balance. I check that credited submissions page every morning and late evening and usually make a copy of it for my own records. When I find something has been added to it during the night that I know I didn't sign up for, I also know that there's a new add for it! Some things I've been credited for signing up for 3 or 4 times, when I didn't even sign up one time!
I've emailed TPL about this problem a couple weeks ago and was only told by Len that he would check into it. He's never sent me any other reply.
Yestrerday I emailed TPL again about 12 sign ups I did do that were older then 5 days and haven't been credited to my account, and don't show on the credited submissions page. Today that total is now 14. I clicked to request a read receipt. This morning I got an email saying it hadn't been read. I can understand a delay of a few days as the advertisers may be ill or out of town, but weeks going by is unacceptable when they are suppsoed to be credited within 5 days. Today I sent them another message about it, with another read reciept request.
