Some months ago I reached their minimum payout of $15.24. As their FAQ's state that "Payment is automatically sent by check to the address indicated on your personal page. If at the end of the month the amount collected exceeds USD $15.24, we will send a check in your name around the 10th day of the following month." I patiently awaited the arrival of their check. Nothing came.
On 7 Jun 2002 I wrote member@ouah.com an email: "Your site's FAQs indicate that payments are automatically sent by check to the address indicated on my personal page around the 10th day of the following month. I have surpassed your minimum of USD $15.24, for some time now. My account now stands at $19.32 and I would have assumed that I would have received payment by now. I have written to your customer service department before and received no reply and no news whatsoever about my payment. I hope that I won't have to write again."
To which I've received no reply.
On 5 Jul 2002 I wrote another email to member@ouah.com: "When will I be paid, I've reached your minimum months ago. I've emailed you before and never receive a response."
Much dismayed to report no reply again. I've heard of others being paid by their sister sites, Ouah France and Ouah Spain but never from Ouah International. Can anyone help?
