How is it possible, that PTR sites are getting into trouble?
At start they know, what they have to expect for income, they know how many members they can manage, they know how much they have to pay!
Now how can they get into debt, if they pay not more then they receive?
Is it because they spend the incoming money for theirselves instead of keeping it to pay their members?
I think most webmasters are thinking they will receive easy money and don't have to pay their members, otherwise all of this seems impossible to me!
You can't spend what you haven't got.
Or am I wrong?
Please respond!

PGTboycott is said to boycott faulty and fraudulous sites, but till now, I have not seen very much results!
This depends also on the reactions of the members, who do say a lot, but seems not daring to go further against those that play over the backs of their members for getting as much as they can without paying a cent to others.
My only wish is, that those that feel decepted will act accordingly and tell their complaints in here, without being afraid for recuperations.
But as I see all, that will be a wish that will never come true.

Just to formally respond:
1) I think you mean GPTBoycott, and not PGTboycott.
2) What positive, constructive suggestions can you give us to help us go further in our attempts to stamp out fraud within this industry?
We are open to all ideas. However, mindless criticism of the role we play does not help us in any way.

I am afraid, looking at the last reply, that nothing I said is getting grounded!
Reply only falls about that I made a typing error, and did not go deeper into the fact I was complaining about.
If Administrators would take their responsability more serious, they would react otherwise, but sorry, that is my thinking wishfully, I guess.
Reading all the complaints all over this site, I thought, someone would take the spearhead in this case, because I think that was the reasdon this site was made for!
Alas, I seem to have been talking to a solid concrete wall.
So, why don't you shut this site down, as you are not willing to go on further with the complaints received?

"Complaints" are submitted through the main page of this site, or, through my signature.
The discussion threads, such as this, are for discussion of various problems with the respective programs. We do not accept forum posts as complaints. Many who post in the forum will not take the time to file a complaint through the main page, for whatever reason.
As for the issues you raised pertaining to program debt ... some attribute it to low advertising costs, i.e., poor money management.
Others claim certain POs pay only a small number of the member base simply to have some verify payouts are, in fact, being made .... whereas, the vast majority are not. Still others claim there are POs who open sites with no intention of paying anyone. Obviously, neither of these two contribute to site debt, but are cause for complaints.
Opinions differ ... as does mine from yours as to the value of this site.

Aren't you EVER happy about ANYTHING? All complaining, yet no suggestions as to how things could improve... You know that that is called in the workplace? Whining.
If you see something that you think needs change, then either make a suggestion, as Rob asked, or move on.

Quite the opposite.
I have read the complaint which you posted. Moreover, I have even thought about ways in which we could improve our service.
I offer this to you:
How *could* we improve our service?
How *could* we "go further" with the complaints received?
