I've seen no posts about this site, and am wondering what experience others have had? (funnymoney.com)

I cashed out for $10 on 1/12/02 and again for another $10 on 2/9/02. My account information reflects these cashouts.

FAQ says expect check in 4-6 weeks. It has now (clearly) been 5-6 MONTHS and I have received no checks from them.

I wrote to them repeatedly via the contact form on the website, and recevied no responses at all.

Any thoughts out there?

Well we do have alot (ok 4 but that's kinda alot) of complaints from some of their users. Can we add your comments?

I'm going to send them an email and see what's up. I dont expect a reply though :(

Feel free to use my comments -- I really had loved the site -- TONS of paid links every day, and was disappointed that I never received my two $10 checks. Maybe there's still hope!

Just wanted to update that based on comments I have seen in this forum and elsewhere, I took someone else's suggestion and filed a complaint with the BBB (which already had almost 20 complaints on record for this company). The good news is that most of those complaints were resolved (they paid the members involved), so here's hoping...!

I still wouldn't use them again, but at least I might get the money I'm owed!

After waiting a year for payment and many, many unanswered emails, I contacted the BBB also. Within 2 weeks I received a check from FunnyMoney. Very sad that this is the only way to get paid by a site! Their letter said they had "technical difficulties" with the cashouts. For a whole year!!??!! The astounding thing is they are still advertising and making promises that will undoubtedly not be kept either.

Sounds like one to boycott.
I loved the website, but gave up on it quite quickly.

I only give a new program 90 days of work and if I see no sign of promise in payments then I leave it as a lost cause.
