Well i voted yes...

The only info we are getting are through paid emails and they are filled with lies... I for one expect the truth from the wb , whatever the truth may be.

Lie #1 she says inactive members will not be allowed to be entered into the new CC scripts. Sounds legitate until u find out members that quit the program are now members again.. Hmm i dont think u can get any more inactive than that....

Lie #2 She says she doesnt know how this happened.. Please lets be real.. YOU put in a backup from October 19 (October 20th) depending on time zone...

I hate boycotting sites. And i dont use the word scam.. But i will say this.. I will not tolerate being lied to and being cheated out of some really hard earned money....

She says she cant do anything about lost referrals.. Well thats a lie because the old site is still up and all you have to do is do a backup of the old site and enter it into the new site.. HMMMMMM

Now saying that last part , maybe that backup is corrupted , is she gonna tell me the newest backup of the site she has is October 19th... Especially knowing all the problems in the ptr world lately...

This is not good business .. Alot of people have been awating payouts for 2 months or more. Now we all have to resubmit payouts again.. Now how many people have $10.00 in their accounts after going back that far? I am sure not many. For months people have been asking for their money and she always replies. I am the only one running this site and i dont have the time..

Well i know other sites that are ran by one person and they seem to do just fine.. But even so there is plenty of people out there that would gladly help out...

Lets be real . She owed alot of people alot of money and she figures that this was the only way of getting out of debt...

So i vote to boycott because if this isnt stopped she will just do it again...

I've voted no here as I have had no problems what so ever with Echo's. Payout has been received and on time, emails are always answered promptly.

I'm not saying that Echo's has not had more than it's fair share of problems and a number of the membership appear to have had difficulties, I have been a member of sites that have also failed to pay but in the world of PTR's that is something one expects from time to time, I have also been deleted from a site without explanation no system is infallible.

As I have stated on the Echo's forum, I am disappointed that a few would seek to have the site boycotted without due consideration of the effect that it will have on the majority of the membrship that do not appear to be having problems, I for one would certainly not wish to disadvantage others or drag them down with me just because I had lost my earnings, although naturally I would also be disappointed.

I am currently involved with a site that is activly fund raising to pay back members of a PTR that went down hill because of negitive comments on a similar forum, the vast majority of these members were innocent bystanders and in the end all lost.

Money and payouts are a sensitive issue and I can understand the need to seek action when you are not paid as promised, I don't know the individual curcumstances of all but I would ask that all consider the above message before voting, now that Echo's has changed to CC script only time will tell, but I would certainly like to have a chance to reach my second payout.

I shall watch the posts and voting with interest to see if I am indeed the odd person out, and what percentage vote other than the current less than 1% of the total membership.

Well i for one hated to boycott this site..
I used to love this site when i first joined...

But through the last 2-3 months. This site has been a total joke..
I have emailed this wb one other occasions and never once ever received a reply back .. No matter what the ? was about...

I am happy you (peter) have received payout but this isnt the reason i voted to boycott this site...

I think as a member i have the obligation to warn others of a program that i feel is a scamming program....

I have never and hope to never vote to boycott a program again.
But saying this, this wb master of this program is Flat Out Lieing to her members... I as a god fearing person (who has to wake up in the morning and look at myself in the mirror), i feel we as members need to speak out and stop this kind of things from happening to others...

There is alot of things i can live with but there is not excuse or reasoning for what she is doing.. the old site and stats are still up and there is not reason why that info cant be entered into the new site.. She refuses to do this and refuses to admit the truth and continues to lie to members and continues to ignore post and emails and her private messanger....

So what are we supposed to do? YOu answer me this...She has left us no other option.. If she can send out ads, then she could answer at least one forum topic... She cant nor i am sure will she because she knows what we have been saying is true...

Its not about the money.. Its a matter of concience and human decentcy.... And its sites like this one that give the PTR world a bad name and takes the good PTR sites look bad....

But this is my opinion i could be wrong

I voted no to boycotting, and here's why. yes, i lost my one and only referral, but my earnings WERE updated at the new site after I requested Denine look into it for me. I personally don't feel that enough time has been given - it's only been about a week since the upgrade, and if denine is the only one who is doing all the work on the site, then you have to give her time to update each person's account, and i'm sure that if a member was deleted and wrote to her she will investigate and put you back into the new program, earnings intact - when she gets to you. think about it - if she works at a job at all, and/or has anything else going on in her life, it is going to take more than a week to manually go through each and every member's account and update their earnings and/or referrals to the new site. i'm sure denine is doing the best she can, and trying to boycott the site while she is working through the problems with it is NOT going to help her get it done any faster. just have a little patience - now, if it had been a month or more since this happened and there hadnt been ANY signs of the problems being worked out/corrected, i would say yes, boycott - but as you can see by checking out echo's forum, there ARE members who have had their accounts updated correctly and there ARE members who didnt have a problem with the update at all. If Denine were truly trying to 'scam' her members, I would think it would be a universal thing for ALL the members, not just some.
Also think about this - what are you going to do if you are one of the members who decided to boycott Echo's and you say nasty stuff about Denine, and then in a couple weeks time you learn that all the problems have been worked out and everyone's accounts have been correctly updated - but you boycotted and were nasty and got your account deleted because of it? Most sites reserve the right to do that and I"m sure Echo's is no exception.

I joined her program on 10/24/03, and now the new site does not recognize my password. I've emailed her, asked her why my account no longer exists and given her plenty of time to respond, but have heard nothing from her.

After reading posts on different boards regarding this site, I am also convinced that she used an old backup. I lost my downline, I had just reached the point where I could cashout and have now lost that, and I refuse to resign up again and start over with her site, since I followed all of her rules on her old site.

No one whose accounts were deleted on her new site has received any answers from her, and many have tried to get a response through emails, IM, and her message forum. All of our old information is still on her old site, she said she backed up twice a day, so why are there so many discrepancies since she started her new site?

I truely believe that if she was doing anything to correct this problem regarding the deleted accounts, she would not have remained so noticably silent.

Yes I'm back sorry I just cannot help myself the issue is too important. Yes it is good to see that we are getting through to the membership, another "No Vote" so today we have one for and one against although more No votes are required if we are to give the WM the chance to get the site undercontrol and eventually contact those members who have been serverly disadvantaged.

A little bit of an uphill battle here getting No votes as those members without complaints do not often visit the forum but it is important that the active membership also be given a chance to record there vote, I would like to see at least 25% of the membership vote on the issue this would at least give a true indication of the feeling of the membership in general.

I did not take this action lightly... I thought long and hard about it.. I even waited a week after voting yes to even submit my boycott...

The reason behind my boycotting this site is simple...

It was not done out of vengence or spit or even to hurt current members but to warn future members that this is a wm not to trust... If current members wish to stay and be lied to thats their right... If they wish to support a wm thats also their right...

But i know the truth on what she had done and what she is claiming happened and what actually happened are 2 different things...

Now the only arguement i hear about not boycotting this site is because it will hurt current members that did nothing wrong.. Well thats true but saying this, its there choice to stay , to a site that just scammed who knows how much money from deleted members...

Now how about all those members that joined after October 19th that are now without any earning and have no way of ever getting payed or regaining any of their earnings... Current members do...

Just because u boycott a site doesnt mean the site will close down.. ITs just a warning to others that actually do research before joining a new site that this site is a scamming site and is one to stay away from...

She scammed alot of people out of alot of money and she should pay the proce for this.. And this kind of action needs to be stopped because this is becoming to common of thread in the ptr world because some wm know they can get away with it and there is nothing we can do about it...

For one if u speak up and say something then u are deleted for badmouthing their business.. Or u will give up and cancel out yourself..Either way they win... This has to be stopped and this is the only way we can be heard...

Then you must be the only one that has no problems. Already her memberscount is dropping and I can't blame them to quit this programm. I have send at least 4 mails, I have her on msn, but she isn't reply to all the messages. Therefore I have voted YES. She must be stopped. She has a lot of advertisers and they do not come back anymore when the site is cheating to their members. And we, as a member, aren't suppose to be cheating or we will be deleted. Wel, the same for the webmaster!!!!!!

I don't mind even if she says she has no money and will not pay, after all she has a young recently quadriplegic son, but I will not continue to click when I am not sure that she will pay me when I reach the new payout.

Echo emails let me keep clicking if i want, of course they would,
after my money dissappeared. after the change, all i had left after months of clicking was 26 cents. I emailed about it repeatedly and got no reply. Now i get links that will time out and let me view the site advertised, then it says i already visited
the advertised site, therefore i don't get credit for it. I also emailed about this, and guess what, No reply.
I'm done with them!!!!

Oh my more wonderful news..

The wm that some trust so well and have complete faith in has done it again..

I have just heard from one member of my downline that bought a ad from the echoes wm and not only has she not sent out the ad nor has she returned my downlines money for it... This downline member of mine has emailed her about this over and over and still no response from the wm...

So now only is she stealing your earned money but she is stealing money from people that have purchased ads...

Now any quilt or reservations i had before , TOTALLY ARE GONE NOW, .. Nothing worse than a liar and a thief....

Lets get those submits in and get this site banned so others dont get scammed...

AAAGH---went again to her forum and no responses to my pm to her---altho she has been there and has read it. I guess she doesn't want to answer members concerns.

I am sorry for her son---it is very hard to take care of children with or without disabilities---but to open a site and run it with NO intention of paying members---or even paying attention to members is just WRONG!!!!

Hopefully we will see her site on the botcotted list soon---if she needs financial to help take care of her son, there are plenty of ways to get it---she does NOT need to steal from members!!!!

I think the poll was closed becase it was set up for 10 days. I have pm'd an administrator/moderator and ask how many submittals we had for echoes a few days ago but so far... no reply. I would like to know how many submittals also (it takes 10 to Boycott a site).

Well Hello Everyone

I had a great surprise when I checked Stats today my previous earnings had been added to my account on the CC scripts.
This says to me that the webmaster is working to credit accounts with monies lost...
I had been watching the info in the forums and do not agree that this particulsr one should be closed. She is making an attempt to update information...
I have observed many change overs from one script to another and there are few that go smoothly or as expected.
I for one and going to hang in there at least I see that she is making the effort. Which is better than many.

I'm the one Denine sent that email to about all the mean, nasty things were being said about her...lol...

After much thought and giving her the benefit of the doubt and allowing her time to reconcile acounts, I have decided to join this boycott...

She has never updated my earnings, restored my referrals, or responded in anyway that she was going to make things right with her members, so I'm finished with Echos...here is my submission to GPT Boycott:

I am sure you have already heard about everything that has been going on at this PTR site.

I have waited well over a month for my account earnings and referrals to be straightened out before taking this action...I wanted to give this WM the benefit of the doubt.

However, I cashed out in accordance with TOS for a $6 payout in October. A few weeks later, she changed web hosts, changed the payout levels (along with just about everything else) and refused to pay those that had already cashed out in accordance with her TOS, deleted everyone who signed up past October 19th because she did not have a recent backup; therefore, everyone lost ALL earnings past October 19th, ALL referrals past October 19th, and were not even recognized as members since they did not exist past October 19th. In effect, if you became a member after October 19th, this WM told you to resign up and start with a zero balance and no referrals, just like you had never even been a participant in the program!

THEN, she has the audacity to tell everyone who was deleted that her crusader scripts deleted them because they were either inactive or cheaters!!! If you DID resign up but have not participated in the program because she refuses to make things right, NOW she is informing everyone that their accounts will be deleted after January 1st due to being inactive!!

This WM needs to be stopped...she is lieing, cheating, and stealing, not only from her members but her advertisers as well. I feel it is only a matter of time before this will all happen all over again to those who are unaware of her and her devious practices and feel it my duty to warn any prospective members of her business acumen...if you can call it that.

Thanx for being such a valuable resource to those that are being taken advantage of on the internet!! We appreciate you!!

Sorry MoneyMaker2, but it's not up to you or Denine to decide when this effort to boycott is over. Sabrina has every right to continue her efforts to boycott EchosEmails, and there are a number of us who are still on Sabina's side in this issue. In fact, there were a number of other people who started a thread in this forum regarding the problems with Echos before Sabrina even started this thread for the poll.

And apparently you didn't realize that AloraLyric is a moderator of the GPTBoycott forum, not Denine's forum. When a moderator at this forum asks you to stop typing in caps because it's considered yelling, you really should quietly take the advice.

This is awful...

On one side we have peoples accounts that have been repaired and but back and on the other hand we have others who have lost their accounts...

Quit frankly i dont think Dutch girl u get it..

I think u are rude and heartless and uncaring..

You bring up other programs that plain disappeared and never came back and took off with everyones money..

Well i dont see the difference between what echoes has done and these other sites.. She just only ripped off hudreds of members instead of thousands...

Why not go into the echoes forum and see one of the post in there and see how much money that person is going to lose even if her stats are restored..

U may have lost only a few cents but others are losing hundreds of referrals and earnings...

And there is an old saying its not over until the fat lady sings.. I used to support this site 100%... And i was as active as one can get and i have lost alot of referrals and earnings... And i know i didnt take this action lightly and only did because of lack of response from the wb.. Which again seems like she has disappeared again...

All anyone asked for was a response.. But she has told one lie after another and keeps changing the story..

So be my guest and support her all u want that is your right and privilege.. But i will not support anyone who lie and cheats people out of their hard earned money..

And to be honest to support someone that has scammed so many people, i find to be heartless.. But that just proves most people only think of themselves and noone else... And i guess i feel more sorry for them than anyone else.. Because to be honest those kind of people are the true losers and they will get what they deserve in the end...

It is clear from your post that u have no idea what scripts do
and/or don't do. It is also clear that you do not believe anything
anyone says if it does not agree with you...
It is obvious to me from all I have read in all forums that yes there
is a problem... she is addressing them as quickly as possible. Changing information by hand is a time comsuming task... Trying to read emails from folks with rude obnoxious and uncalled for language is no easy task either.

She has a set of priorities which she is making an effort to follow..
Ads and redemptions are done as rapidly as possible... If ads were lost in the change over she has offered to double them... she is trying to read all emails and reply to them... she is also manually updating information as rapidly as possible... Aside from her blood What more do u want???
She is doing this as rapidly as she can with no assistance. One person, One pair of hands and 24 hours in a day...

Many have had simular problems and have worked them out and the programs are still doing the same thing she is... Preservance does Pay in the long run... She is doing the best she can in a bad situation and I have my serious doubts that you could handle it any better...

Bottom Line is She cannot please all the people all the time... No webmaster can... What is new??? always been that way all ways will be!!! She is at least making an honest attempt to correct the problems!!! Much better than some I know!!!

My earnings were restored and with advertising my d/l is back to where it was with the change over and my ad also states up front that the webmistress is working on problems due to change
of scripts. Will I loose some with database sweep Likely. I usually do regardless of the program... It is a price we all pay in ANY program we are in...

So folks if you have read this whole thread you know the good, the bad and the indifferent. I will personally support this program as long and the webmistress

But i know what the facts are and what the true is .. And the truth is she did lie and when she found out she was exposed she changed her story...

I dont know any of you and have nothing personnal against any of u but i do take it personal when i am being attacked or others for being attacked for stating the facts ....

The facts are even if she restores all personnal earnings of current members alot of people are still out of alot of hard earned money and referrals... Most sites reserve the right to do that and I"m sure Echo's is no exception.

I just checked these figures with my old account (which I have bookmarked) and it seems that I have actually been credited more than she owed me. This despite me never sending any emails. I don't think it's a scam per se, just an error handled very badly.

This is just FYI, I have no real opinion either way on a boycott. However, my sense of it is that the Echoes WM isn't necessarily scamming people, but that she just hasn't a clue how to fix the problem and is missing the gumption required to admit her mistake... trying to put a good face on one's own mistakes is a human trait, but doesn't necessarily imply an intention to rip people off.

An inability to deal well with mistakes does not make someone a crook. It just makes them unable to deal with mistakes. However, I think she is tryiong to do what she can.

Before you attach me for what I will put here please remember I do not know this person and I am not a member of her site.

I am going to talk has a webmaster and a manager wish I am of Northern Nanuk and Power House.

I have read most of tread and heard about it threw other WM.
What I am read here is like a flash back to me . It remind me of when Evelyn Turner did her change of script and how poeple got very upset at her for similar reason.

Neither of my script are cc script but know for a fact to go from one type of script to a other can be drastic. It means lost of data,members ,earning, and referrals.
And this is only for starters the change of script also invole all data being process by hand if she has manage to upload a back up wish I daught anyone can prouve from wish date she was rather lucky to have at least those up.

If she has tried ot put the other member up by hand and the script woudl not let her why blame her and not the script she is one person and not a army and she also work hard at it .

My point is yes she is not answering each and every email and yes she may be not doing it the right way to satisfy you all.

Give her time, the more you harrass her, the more you email her the more it out her on edge and she will do more and more mistake to those who are in the database let her work ,let her do her thing after a few week, I know it has already been a long time but the world was not build in 24 hours .

I know it is hard both on the members and the WM was there last year when my host corrupted my back up while trying ot upload it lost like 300 memebrs and there was nothing I could do about it except post in forum and ask the memebrs ot sign back up and email me their lost so I could credit them many of you may remember this with Northern Nanuk.

Of course some we please others were mad I donot blame them it was not my fault or their fault but idelt with it the best way I knew of . The majority were happy with my work but you always have the odd one who are never happy.

Ever wonder why wm who do good with a script that is not cc goes and upgrade or down grade to them.

Well what a easy answer feature who give hope to the wm that he will have no cheaters.So if you have to yell at someone yell at the cheaters who take advantage of these webmaster who do not alreayd have cc script.

Blame these cheaters that make our life a living hell if they did not exist we would not have any need for the cc script who give hope to Wm. So before blaming the wm put the blame were it is do

you got the same letter that everyone else got...and I didn't take it to heart that the letter was accusing me of cheating..so why are you?

A letter sent to everyone..with the SAME wording in it..does not accuse a particular person of cheating..just because a transfer of a script deleted you.. you should be accusing the person that wrote the script..they deleted you..

maybe you should write the person that wrote the script..maybe that person can change to script to prevent this from happening another time..with another PTR somewhere down the road

You were asked to rejoin..I gather "you" refused..that was "your choice"..so why are you making such a fuss about this whole issue??

Excuse me... but I never recieved any e-mail stating anything ....I was just deleted ....I e-mailed denine and still have not recieved a response. Why would I resign up when the wb Doesn't reply to e-mails or do a regular back up of her site especially before a big change? I would not even have type th first word against her site if she tried to make it right for us but Ican honestly say that if I had been kept a member and all this happened to other members then I would still Boycott echoes because if wm does that to members Iwant No part in it and would back the deleted members 100% becuse it doesn't matter who a person scams a scammer is a scammer and I despise people who lie cheat and steal and if you take something that is Not yours there is no way you call call it anything but stealing.

it has been posted here in the forum how to login..

if you were accidentaly deleted by the transfer of the old script to the new CC script..

I wrote a letter on what members had to do..if your "old" User Id didn't work ..

and that was to use your "new User Id #" ,( that # was found on the end of your Referral url ) to the new Echos-website and use their old passcode..I explained all that.. didn't you read that letter..?? it is posted in the this forum..

and if that didn't work .

the deleted ppl were asked to "rejoin up" and send their new info User Id to the Webmaster,so she could "match" up the old info with the new info..it has been posted by numerous ppl as to what to do if you were deleted..so you can't say you didn't know..

I thought I wrote my letters in English, so "all" people could understand them...... besides I don't know how to write in Dutch..

well....perhaps you should "rejoin" now... if your User Id # did not work... and send your "new" info to the webmaster..so she can locate your "old" file..but don't expect a miracle that she can switch your info over "just with a snap of your finger"..we all had to wait..but it is getting done..

Dutchgirl - I believe your question was answered for you earlier when you first posted your statement. Those of us who were deleted from her new site, were unable to get into the new site using our ID numbers and the site did not recognize our email addresses because she used an old backup that actually didn't have us as even being members yet. At that time she stated that her new script deleted all cheaters, clearly insinuating that all of us who couldn't get into the new site had cheated her program. We were told we could re-sign up, but we would loose all of our referrals.

Many of us took offense at her attitude at that time, as we did not cheat her program. We did not feel that was an acceptable way to run a program and choose not to re-sign up with her program again. And then this move to boycott her program started. After this move to boycott was started, she then changed her story. We still feel that is not an acceptable way to run this type of program.

I see from recent posts in her own forum that she seems to be giving priority of putting money back in current members accounts that have posted in her forum and asked her when they would get their earnings back, rather than by doing this in any type of orderly fashion. However, now she has wording in her new TOS that anyone who posts on any forum, which I assume includes her own forum, prior to receiving an email from her can now be deleted, giving her even more reasons to delete more honest members, while stopping current members who can't seem to get an email answer from her from asking anything more about money or referrals that they have lost in her own forum. And her newest statement of "All echos-emails Point Ads are a donation of 10 cents and later on a reason for deleting the account." is totally unacceptable, since I thought you were able to gain points with her program to be used for autosurfing. I believe she is now using guerrilla tactics, coming up with more and more reasons to be able to delete honest members, and gives me more reasons to be totally against this program.

And to top it all off, I have seen posts on another forum within the last few days from a few members who were very close to payout, say they did nothing to cheat her program, and now suddenly can't get into her site.

If you choose to remain a member of this program, I wish you well, and hopefully you won't get deleted when you're ready to cash out also, since you spoke up so valiantly in her defense.

I lost 1 ref and 15 cents in the move, so I have no problem with that..but I had already requesed payout way before the move and now I have to wait until I reach $10...

But is it worth clicking now. When she sends out such sneaky cheat links like the one quoted here? Or when i may get deleted for no reason at all.

It is a pity that while in the real world, you can't call any1 a cheat without proof and get away with it...it is being done everyday in the ptr world...call someone a cheat, delete their account and whammo.no more debt.

This is Denine Webmistress of Echos Emails. I am here to make a formal apology to all members present and past.
I have made many mistakes and am sorry for the upheaval and incontinence this has caused many of You. Believe me
when I tell you that they are equally distressing for me. I had no idea that changing the scripts would cause so much
havoc for everyone... Had I know now I would have surely waited for a while and gathered much more information
before making the change. I did not know and now I am faced with the task of trying to make it right for everyone
which is a virtual impossibility. I freely admit that my knowledge of scripts is sadly lacking, therefore, I must ask for
assistance and believe that the people I am dealing with have adequate knowledge of what will and won't work.
I have gained valuable knowledge from this experience and will always have my doors open to assist others should
they find themselves in a similar situation. Hopefully, that will be of some assistance to some of you in the future.
After opening a few emails I knew there was a major problem with the change over. Some of you were kind and
others totally rude and obnoxious which was uncalled for. I tried to answer as rapidly as possible but soon found
this was impossible and decided to try and keep everyone informed in the mailer. I thought it would be the best place
to answer questions and everyone would be on the same page. I could spend my time by trying to fix the information.
If this was a bad decision on my part then once again, I apologise to you all. I have spent little time in the forums as
I have had my hands full dealing with the problems and trying to keep our program going. I am sorry that this has
gone so far. PLEASE find it in your hearts not to boycott our program, and if you are no longer a member PLEASE sign up
again, then let me know so I can update your account.
I have truly offended many people which was never my intent, please believe me. Unfortunately, I was merely repeating
what I was told by someone else in a letter when I raised the questions as to what happened with the number of people earnings referrals etc. There were many accounts that did not transfer. I do not know enough about scripts to sort it out and I am getting help when and where I can to rectify this problem as expediently as possible... Please understand that restoring information by hand is a tedious and time consuming task and I am doing it as rapidly as I can. I know that some of you believe I used an old back up which is not the case. You have also said I should do a current backup of the old site and use it this was done and the results did not change the outcome at all. As I have stated before Go-Mama tried after I did. They asked me to mail them a copy of the current back up and I did. The results remained the same. So I am left to deal with the problem of hand updating your accounts
I decided to forego upgrading the scripts to the newest version of CC until such time as I have the information corrected. That is why there has not been turning numbers instituted. I understand that cheater software can read or recognise certain words that is why I used the Thank You for your donation as a cheat link. It was not meant to gloat or be nasty but to fool cheater software. I can change the terminology, however, at this point I fear that some of you may still be offended. Not having cheat links is not an option right now. I am very sorry that it has to be that way. Cheat Links and English Test will continue until such time as problems are resolved.
I made other decisions to assist in maintaining the integrity of the program many of these have been unpopular, again I
apologize. I truly want this program to be a success not just for me but for all members as well...Not here today and gone tomorrow. I am willing to accept helpful suggestions and work with everyone to the best of my ability. We are in a rough spot. It will get better if I am given a chance.
Right now I am totally overwhelmed and I am at your mercy. If I have offended you I am truly sorry. It was not intentional. Look deep inside and ponder all I have said and give me a chance to get things straightened out before you give up on Echos. Please stop the boycott if not for yourself then for the remaining members.
I am not trying to run off or shirk my responsibilities I am trying to make the best of a bad situation. Please give me the
time to get things straightened out…

I do not know what Dutchgirl has or hasn't done.

I do know that when Denine and I first began talking about this, she said (and I'm paraphrasing here rather than trying to directly quote) that she didn't really know what to say. I mean, you all already knew about the lost earnings/members. You knew that you would have to sign up again in order to have your accounts fixed. (right?) Yet you weren't willing to do this.

Hello everyone.

Thank you Denine for finally responding to our concerns, but there is something that you have not addressed - What about the payout requests?

There are a lot of us who had requested payout when the payout was $6 and now we have to wait to earn another $4 and request again?

When the terms were changed, from pay out in 30 days to payout in 60 days, the admin mail said, ` I am only two days beyond the 30 day period', but I see that there are lots of people posting in your forum about waiting since early november?? They are way beyond even the 60 day waiting period. Then why did you say that you are almost caught up with the payouts?

Is it fair to ask members who had requested payout to wait, earn more and request again..and then wait for 60 days or more for payout?

I used to be 100% active in echos, but now I am just clicking enough to stay active.

I don't even want to redeem because there is so much, distrust and dissatisfaction in this program, that my ad is sure not to get good results.

Instead she took the easy way out and called the same people, who are Echos, cheaters, how is any1 to feel loyal to her?

I believe it WASN'T Denines' fault, your fault, the members' or not even my fault..

I "believe " it was the persons' fault that wrote the script.or the person that was selling the script....

THEY should have warned Denine..about the possible problems....loss of members, downlines etc.....Before they started the transfer of the scripts from Denies' site to the new CC script site...

I am sure the script writer/script seller had these problems before..Denine would not have been the 1st one that it would have happened too..

I feel sorry for any "future" webmasters that have these problems to look for too..when they decide to up-grade to a better script..

Denine has apologized. What more can she do about that? I don't think there is a way to turn back time and take it all back..

Didn't you Webmistress of Echos-emails.com send out an email in which you declared that from now on Ad Point -links are cheatlinks? Wasn't the plans of yours to continue with those links? And wasn't there a onetime announcement about it too.?!But not mentioned anywhere else (on the site).
One time is enough to tell about it was the message ,for people who is paying attention that is enough.And the rest deserves to pay to read ( the hidden meaning).
Unfortunately I haven't saved that email. Now she does try to make look like a simple mistake.Not only by apologizing for it

I've been involved in those discussions, and this is the first time I've ever been with a program where the wm has made me so angry. I've never tried to boycott a program before, but I truely believe this wm deserves this.

I see this wm is now coming up with new ways to delete people. She now has a new TOS that states "Use of public forums for problem resolution is not encouraged or tolerated by Echo's Emails. Any member taking an issue to a public forum PRIOR to response from the administration staff will be immediately terminated, forfeiting all earnings and referrals." By doing this, she has now found a way to ensure that any current member who can't get an email response from her can no longer question her in her own forum without fear of deletion. However, up till now she seems to have been adding back earnings to those members who did post in her forum first, instead of doing this in any type of orderly fashion.

And then she sent out an email to current members that said "All echos-emails Point Ads are a donation of 10 cents and later on a reason for deleting the account." This is rediculous, since up till now, I thought you could gain points to use for autosurfing.

My god pienera and all the others here who so easely harrass webmaster for any mistake they do let it go.

stop harrassing them give them some loose then maybe these mistake will not happen. you are liek hound-dog after a rabit you will not stop till you have made a kill.

let this owner work her site for what i hear she has 2 good poeple helping her so the load wil be simpler and she can restore your dam account like you in the pass and most likely in the future i wil lose from some site.

But try managing an paid to read when you ahve poeple on your back 24/7 it is frustrating let her finish her work then if you are not totaly satisfied then complain.
But by god let her in peace till she says I am done.

All of you not all but many of you have put me threw the ringer last year and Iservice and my site in good shape. But it is not thank to some of you but to members who stood by me well these members good and are satisfied . at time Iget a email saying your email are hard to read.

I totaly agree with them but it is my problem not theirs an dthye understand it why because with time they have learn that I care deeply for them and that I have their best at hearth.

Sounds like a site conversion gone bad. This is a horrible time to be making accusations on a webmaster. I don't know this program nor do I know the webmaster.

I do know one thing..it's not a cakewalk to manage an incentive website. It's a job that requires work everyday and patience to deal with the bad and enjoy the good.

But what I see here is the same poeple over and over trying ot hurt site owner at the first sign of trouble.

it funny no matter wish forum you go to it is always the same poeple who has complaint to do. others who get their account fixe do you see them come here and say oh wow my account has been fixe I would like to say sorry for bashing you the owner of such and such site no you do not

like I said before let her do her work let her breath she has a special need child, I have heard of . Has any of you ever have to take care for one of these children I have 2 me and it is hard work so give her a chance will you after all she is a mom first then a site owner after there is only so many hours in a day she also need to rest and relax from all the harrassement she get from members to

What do you two know (Fryskys and Emailmatters.com)? Because someone is a webmaster / webmistress they are not like sacred cows. People have got right to demand a fair treatment and that they assume full responsability.
It is not the members task to take the liability.
Once you have started a GPTR program and accepted members it is your duty to fulfill your promises and act honest and decent.
Every one of those webmasters who does trick their members, lies to them , intentionally and greedily take for themselves on the member's expence they should all feel ashamed of themselves. And they should all be named as cheaters and become boycotted. Because it is so vile to use people out of sheer greed and egoism.
It is so low to swindle faithful and honest members. How do such people sleep in the night. When it is said that a good conscience is the best pillow.
But it is of course better to have a bad conscience than being unscrupulous .
If I made complaints before ( which I did) so shall you two know that there are very good reasons for that. And it is not the one who complaints that is the person that deserves bad credit.
There are some people who enjoys to sprinkle salt in the wounds and increase the burden for others.Like you two.
How comes you two are so concerned about that webmistress when you confess that you don't have a clue about that program at all. Instead of pecking on the victims for a dishonest webmistress , you should better not meddle. Since it is none of your concerns.So do instead let people who knows what it's all about express their information and opinions!
Of all programs I have been a member at there is to this date only one that has paid me. But I know there are some honest ones. I must reach the payout minimum first and then I am going to ask for redemption.
That program Echos-emails has really let some of their members down. And that is not peccadillo. That is serious.If you have entered into a deal ( a agreement) with some one you must also keep your part of the deal. I think it shall not be that easy to get away from it . Of course one can run into a difficulty.But this is a very serious one. And you should never act negligent in a situation like that. And of course not begin to accuse innocent people of cheating. It is both rude and makes a bad impression.
I think she should care more for the members .
It is not the members who shall solve that problem. It is not caused by them.

Ok, in defense of Echos Emails, I just want to say that I have been a member since the very beginning of the program. I mean my ref id is #1, lol. I am on both sides of the fence, member and webmaster. And I have to agree with my buddy email matters. It is not easy to run a ptr site, especially with all the cheating and hacking and such. Then there are the whiners and complainers. You just can't make all of the people happy all of the time. I can tell you that Denine pays. She paid me less than 2 weeks ago, and she paid me within 2 days of requesting it. She may not answer all of you as fast as you would like but hey she has almost 5,000 members to deal with. All I can say is if you really don't like her or her program you should just quit.

Here's a quick explanation for you all of you about your refs being lost. Cash Crusader scripts are the best for a reason. They pick out the cheaters and inactives. When a site upgrades from one script to the CC ones, the cheaters and inactives are picked out. These are the refs you lost and they weren't making you money anyways, so why cry about it? That's the main reason I waited to launch my site until I had the CC scripts so I wouldn't have to go through a conversion later. As for the money in your accounts being lost when the referrals go whatever you earned from them goes as well. Hope that helps shed some light on that issue.

Please note AGAIN, your earnings and downlines have changed!! We lost quite a few people in the move. This script will not allow inactives, cheaters or people with duplicate accounts in when you move - THEY HAVE BEEN DELETED!! Hopefully if they have been deleted in error they will signup again. If they were cheaters or inactives you wouldnt want them in your downline anyway. If you think your personal earnings are incorrect please email me and I will check on it, if necessary I can compensate your accounts. Remember the old site is on its way down!

Those of us who had been deleted did try to contact Denine numerous times and when we couldn't get a response from her, saw no other information from her on her own forum, and were no longer receiving anything from her, we turned to other members who were having this same problem. We found the above quote was her attitude at the time. I believe most of us would have been pretty forgiving if she had just come out and stated what the real problem she was having with the new scripts was. But she continued to make statements that all members who had been deleted must have been cheaters or inactives, which was not true and was offensive to many honest former members. Then, after this boycott was started, her story changed on us, with out any form of apology.

Denine is running a program that collects money for advertising, has a TOS and distributes money back out to members, and as far as I can tell, this constitutes running a business.

I have worked full time in the real business world for many, many years. In the real world, customer service can make or break a business. In the real world, Terms of Service must be not only be clearly stated, but also adhered to by both the business and the customers. If a customer who has followed the TOS has a problem with the business, the customer has the right to complain, to seek corrective action, to freely speak out against the business when not satisfied with the results, and choose not to do business with that business again.

I appreciate that Denine finally came to this forum with an apology and an explanation, but I feel it was a little too late. I don't know her, and I have nothing against her personally, but I do have a problem with the way she is running her PTR program. If she knew what the problem was with the new scripts, why didn't she honestly state these facts originally? Changing her story as to what the problem was later on caused me to feel she had lost her credibility. She had finally responded back to me, but in her email to me she sounded like she just wasn't sure what had happened, even though she had said what had happened on her own forum, which again made me loose faith in her credibility.

Webmasters of PTR programs aren't the only ones with rights. Members of these programs have the right to be treated fairly, to not be offended by the wm of the program by being unjustly accused of cheating or inactivity when the problem is caused by their program's scripts, and to receive timely and honest answers to our questions. All of us who have had these problems with her program have the right to speak out and state our opinions, so others can be properly informed before deciding to join her program in the future.

Denine's program has gotten a lot of bad publicity because of the way she has handled herself during this script change. If she wants people to trust her and her programs in the future, I hope she learns from her mistakes and handles the problems in a more appropriate way than she did with this situation. I would not do business with a brick and mortar shop if they handled themselves the way Denine did during this problem, nor will I be re-joining her program at this time.

Our main business is hosting. We do however provide script sales and
conversions. We have converted numerous scripts with no issues and have many
owners that would be happy to tell you that. Conversions depend on alot of
things - there are many different issues involved (moving of data - is data
accessible from old host? Did program owner provide us with a current backup?
Whether the backup/mysql system from the old host are accurate.
Different scripts during conversion will do different things...scripts
converted from cacphp will not carry over inactive users and our program
owners are told this. They are fully aware of what the conversion will do and
it is up to them how they decide to handle their members and their data.

further depth.

I cannot speak of gomamma as I've never had any interaction with them that I know of. Judging by the comments I've seen from others, though, they seem very professional and sweet.

I advised Denine to contact John (creator of the cashcrusader scripts; myecom hosting) and she messaged me earlier to say he fixed it. :)

I find there's now a new turn of events with this program for me as well. On a whim, I just checked the Echos new site, and without me re-signing up or doing anything, it seems my deleted account has now mysteriously reappeared. I have a few less referrals, but I also have a few more dollars than I had before she switched scripts, which puts me at only a few dollars below cashing out.

I'm actually usually a very forgiving person - often too forgiving. But at this point, after all that's gone on, I'm just not sure what I'm going to do with the account - cancel out or continue until I can cashout and see if she pays. I'm still not happy with the wording in her new TOS regarding posting on public forums, which would give her a good reason to delete me anyway!

I'm wondering if everyone who has posted on this forum that they were deleted when she changed scripts, could check her new site to see if their accounts are also suddenly back or not, and let me know how they feel about this.

I don`t usually post her but I felt I should on this issue. I have been with PTR for some time now. This program has not been the only one I have been with that has ever had a problem similar to this. Now even though I will agree that Denine Could have taken a moment to have at least go to her forum and say She sees that there is a problem and will try to fix it. IMO I believe that she was trying to just go ahead and start trying to work on it. I do believe that she has a great program and is trying hard to get it all back together. When this happened I sent her 1 email with a question about referrals and she did get back to me, very nicely and said then that she was working on the problem. And as I see more and more members that are having their accounts back and referrals along with my account that got fixed last night, then maybe a little patience would help more than anything else. Whether she handled this right or wrong, surely she is learning from her mistakes. And to fix a problem for 5000+ members don`t always happen overnight. And their have been a couple of members even paid. So anyone running a scam usually don`t put back your accounts and even start to pay. Even though I can`t find a way to vote, Please note I vote No on this boycott.

Well I would like to come in and post Updating everyone on some things...

I would like to say first and for most this is the hardest thing i have ever had to say... But i feel i need to say it..

First i would like to say my earnings and most of my referrals were updated .. I would like to clarify that I am sure some left or were inactive...

Second thing is that i have also reguested payout so when i receive this i will also post here and other forums...

I would like to say i was along with others were and are very upset on how things were handled and said in the beginning.. I was upset that i was not going to receive any of my referrals and their earnings back after my account was updated.. And upset to hear that everyone no longer with the program was cheaters and inactives.. But later that was corrected...

I am sorry for probably making things worse for the site and Denine.. Never meant to make anyone cry.. Now i am beginning to wonder if it was false info that Denine was given and she was just passing on that false info onto us..

I have reframed from making to any comments of late because after reading her apology i thought i would sit back and watch and see how things developed.. To be quit frank i am suprised that i still have an account. But i didnt at any time send her threatening emails and i tried to stick with the facts as i knew them at all times. But i do believe i made some comments in all forums that were not so nice...

I will be posting this comment in all other forums as well.. And i am sure i have upset some people and i will upset some more...

BUt like i have stated before i am the one that has to wake up in the morning and look at myself in the mirror.. And if i am going to speak up and tell the facts , then i should tell all the facts as i know them...

Also i would like to say i know someone personaly , that bought advertising and ad wasnt ran and she emailed Denine several times .. But anyway not only did she receive her money back but the ad was ran as well.. So that was resolved in that instance as well...

Were alot of people hurt? yes . and this i feel bad about.. Who was at fault? In my opinion that remains to be seen.. But i do know that things are being restored and i do believe she is now receiving help with this.. I would like to also tell everyone that i will also be sending Denine an email with an apology in it as well..

Do i expect her to accept my apology ? NO.. Do i expect for others to except my apology ? No .. But i do feel that it is the Honest and right thing to do.. But again in my defense i was going only by info being given by Denine herself and by things that i knew were true..

I pride myself on being honest and thats what i expect in return... Thank you all for reading this and hopefully all that were hurt by this change over will be conpinsated.. I would have to say that i was moved by Denines apology.. And it did seem heartfelt.. Maybe this makes me a sucker and just an old softy.. And i pray in my hearts of hearts that it was sincere...

I would like to end this with this.. I do expect alot of i told u sos and alot of ?s and angry comments to this post .. And i do expect this.. But do try to remember i could have remained quiet and not said anything .. And i would like to say that it took everything in me to post this ...

I am glad the accounts are getting up-graded with your missing downlines and earnings....even though poor sabrena is still waiting..

Sabrena your turn will come..I have no idea what order accounts are being done by..but your turn will come..with Denine having to do over 5000 accounts..it must be hard doing it all manually.. but at least now she help..someone that knows what he(John) is doing..obviously things are slowly getting back to normal..

Pretty soon...all this will be behind us..and once again we all can be earning money..and even getting paid..

Please understand that I have hundreds of emails with questions about the changeover, so in no way did I ever come close to answering them all, I am only one person. As for not replying in the forums.....Don't think I didnt read them. I did. But when everyone already has made up their minds on whats going on, it was very upsetting (I am too soft I guess). I didnt know what to say, felt like I was dammed if I do and dammed if I don't. So please forgive me.

and a good friend for giving me his email. He has somehow retreived all information from the old script over to the new one! HURRAY!

Being one of the most vocal ones on this forum, I was truely surprised yesterday to see my account restored at Echos. As I stated in my post yesterday, I'm really a very forgiving person. I've thought long and hard about whether to continue with the program, and finally decided that I'm willing to give Denine another chance and stay with her program, since I really did like the program before the script change.

My original issue was that I was offended by the insinuation of being called a cheater or inactive, when the problem was with the program and the new script. I felt the problem should be fixed properly so that people weren't losing large numbers of referrals or money. I didn't have that much to lose with this program, but I joined in this forum on principle because of these issues. Finally, the problems are being corrected properly, and I do still feel that if we hadn't been so vocal in this and other forums, this would not have occurred.

To Denine - I'm sorry I'm one of the people who caused you so much grief. I truely do respect you for sticking with it, and trying hard to get these problems solved. I've made many mistakes in my life, and learned a lot from them, and I feel both of us have learned a lot from this situation. I realize that there are way too many cheaters who try to act innocent when they get deleted, and it is a huge problem you have to deal with in the PTR industry. I do now feel that other people behind the scenes were providing you with incorrect information and that you really never did intend to offend anyone. So I will stick with your program, and hope it remains a good program in the future.

After I saw Denine's apology, I wasn't even going to continue with the discussion on this forum, until I saw I had been quoted by others a few times and saw some people questioning issues over and over that were stated earlier. I came back to try to clearly state the issues again and my opinions. No, I was not going to rejoin her site and start over again with these issues still not being resolved properly.

However, finding I now have my previous account with my earnings and most of my referrals shows me the problems are being resolved the right way. I've seen referrals drop off my accounts at other programs, so having a few less doesn't really bother me. And since all the accounts haven't been totally straightened out yet, I am will to wait this time and see if the rest of my referrals come back into my account.

I'm sure there are a number of people who don't agree with what I've chosen to do. Denine could have easily come to this forum to tell us off, but instead has apologized, is trying to get all the accounts straightened out and finally has the proper help in order to accomplish this, and she does sound sincere to me, so I'm willing to give her another chance.

AloraLyric - Thank you so much for everything you've done in helping to get these issues resolved. Your advice to Denine to get John involved was exactly what was needed to finally correct the accounts properly. I do still have an issue with the wording in her TOS and I see you agree with my point there, so I'm hoping she'll reword that again soon to have it make more sense, since it's obvious she is responding to people who post in the forums. Either way, thank you again for your help.

To prevent any problems through misunderstandings, Denine can I suggest you send everyone a quick email (and post on your forum) that anyone who has changed their email address since your move check their account and make sure it's correct?

Reason being: while I did not have any problems, I noticed I haven't been receiving emails in the past few days and while my new (correct) email was in my new account, when I checked I today, my OLD email addy was in it, ie it has reverted back to what it was before the move (presumably something to do with John trawling the old data).

So I'd get everyone to check their accounts to make sure they're correct. :D

I would beg each and everyone to use care when choosing their words about others... Words spoken in anger can never be retracted fully and they are very hurtful to people. Many times all the facts are not known which may make some things appear to be a untruth, when really if u had all the facts it wouldn't be. There are many different definitions of scams, and cheaters. I would ask each one to think long and hard about these terms before you write them in anger.

This has been an unfortunate situation for everyone involved.

I forsee greater problems coming to the get paid to industry for everyone involved program owners and members alike... Each in their turn are taking swips at the other. At this point the Get Paid Boycott is the only format available to assist with problems for members. I personally would like to see the scope broadened to include a comittee of sometype made up of both prgbram owners and members working together to make industry standards that would be palatable for everyone. There needs to be sactions set for the consistant cheaters so they do not go from program to program or resign in the same programs. All Program Owners need to have a business plan inclucing a budget particularly that can be looked at to determine if this is an acceptable program. All domaine registerations for gpt programs need to be registered in one place so ownership can be checked and denied for know cheaters,hackers,scammers etc. I strongly believe if we do not do some of these things voulentarily that they will be placed by someone else without any knowledge of the industry and they will be far worse in the long run.

We have all been given LEMONS many times it is up to us to turn it into lemonade! It is our choice.

Let us please use this unfortunate situation to make positive changes not only for ourselves but for our industry. It does not have to be an us against them. It can be a win win for each and every one.

Reading what Fryskys and emailmatters has to adduce I can't help that it gives associations to a mafia.It seem as if they want to gang up against the defenceless members that has lost their earnings , frightening them to silence and humiliate them and make them feel worthless. All the work they (the members) have done by sitting and clicking and reading is regarded to be a onerous task for the webmaster and webmistress and an attempt of sabotage on poor their extremly important and heavy job.
And they (emailmatters and fryskys) are sitting there and pity themselves , telling everybody about what poor worn out webmaster they are because of the people they take money from.
They have done nothing to earn that money , but are taking it anyway ,saying that the one who earned them by hard work didn't do anything for them. That is just a terrible lie.
And they want to deny people the right to speak out about what they have been going thru by waive everything like nonsense and attacks on a webmaster all undeserved.
Without having any kind of information or knowledge about the matter , they automatically take part for the webmaster regardless of what has happened.Making light of what the webmaster/webmistress is doing. Having the opinion that members are a lower class that deserves what ever happens to them. How they ever will be treated and so on.
I am glad I am no longer a member at emailmatters.com but I still want my money, for which I have read and clicked in contradistinction to what the webmaster for emailmatters has done.

Those two (fryskys and emailmatters) do depreciate and look down upon the members and their achievements.
They are just reputing them as a affliction and something that throws a spanner in the works. Which is not the fact. As the matter of fact the members are doing a good and fine job.And without it , they would not be able to drive their business anyway.
They are infact dependant on their clicking and reading .And should understand to value their members.
Before they starts to complaint and accuse they should think about what they are saying.
It is not okay to throw dirt on people because of unfounded assumptions.
They judges everbody alike. Like cheaters or potentional such kind of persons.And that is not a good base to build up a relation to the members on.
I hope they will change attitude and start to appreciate the members and appraise them in the future. Because it is not good if a person in a power position sits there and behave like that ( power abuse). So get real!

It is their own choice to start that kind of business. And once they have entered into a convenant with others, they should keep their part of the deal. If they think their job is too tough.They should better not choose to be in the business. You can not blame the members for their problems.
I am sure they want to make money.But with what means?!
I think most of their job is to plan how to get the most money out of least efforts and finding out ways of tricking the members.
It is just not acceptable to make use of people like that.
It is hard to be used like that and in addition to that also defamed.
They can not act dictatorial and think people taciturn shall put up with that. Improvement!

Darn pienara you are a laugh at 50 cent webmaster who do not work the butt off do not exist and for respect of the members well why don't you ask them how they are treated.

Each cashout request is personaly answered on both site I have, as of every question.

each redemption is out inside 24 hours ,each sale on site or on ebay are also out inside 24 hours.

I have a good communication with all my memebrs I care about them. they have earn my respect has I have earn theirs I take time to listen to them and take time to answer each and every email I get, not months later but the same day of course like many other wm I get a lot of email but members email is priority and if you run here each time you hit you nail on your keyboard how do you expect wm to react they will see you has a trouble maker why is it that you are one of the few who always complaint.

I am very lucky for after 7 month of being a wm I can honestly say I only receive one bad email from only one ex member and it was not even about the site but my way of writing so before jumping to conclusion take your info from poeple who work for me maybe you realise I treat my member has equal and not lower then me

It is beyond belief that this site is still in operation!!!

I cashed out at this site well over a year ago and still have never received even my first payout from this site, yet she continues to run this site, taking people's money for advertising and never paying anyone!!!

If this site is not boycotted, I don't know of any that should be!! I think it is a downright shame that she has been able to continue this so-called "business" when she was boycotted over a year ago and still continues on the same as always.....scam, scam, can you say? SCAM!!!!

I cashed out on the 20th of February.

I have tried to contact you many, many times, to ask about the status of my payout, and recently to ask if I may redeem for ads instead, but never got any response.

The forum is in a language, which I can't understand, and your msn ID has expired or something (says no such user).

I am sure you understand my frustation, especially when you talk of giving up in your emails.

Anyway, it has been good to hear from you here atleast. A little bit of communication goes a long way in keeping faith with you and echos.
