I am a member of promoter Pros.Near the end of september the site went off for close to a month.When it came back up,I had lost over 40 1st level referrals.Also on 9-23 I had made a redemption for 1,000 unique clicks.Then the site went offline.When it came back up,my redemption was nowhere to be found.I keep writing contact mails asking if my redemption from 9-23 would be honored.No responce at all,even after 5 contact emails.I know from experiance that a PTC on promoters pros that it took close to 2 weeks to even come close to getting the 1,000 unique clicks. It was my 3rd redemption.Has anyone else had the same problem?
