I have waited a long time myself. Then they went and changed the rules saying you have to have at least one active referral before being paid. That is absolutely rediculous. I have requested payout three times ( not in a row more like months in between ) and have e-mailed them about it. I have had no response yet. I am deleting all e-mails I have as I write this and am unsubscribing. Sure hope it works for me.
I defenitely recommend BOYCOTTING.

yeah i unsubscribed too, from all the other Dragone Team websites as well. the rules are not cashing out without referrals was ridiculous (after all, a lot of programs prmote the fact that its easy to reach payout without a downline). then i heard about non-payments, and thought it wasnt worth it. wasnt even worth redeeming my cash for advertising cos all the advertising id done before got a lousy response.
seriously, i'd forget it.

I Just Wanted To Post To Let Everyone Know The Problem & Fix That I Just Went Threw
I belong To Most Of The Dragon Sites And While I think The Referral Rule For Payout Is'nt Right I Just Had An Experience I Wanted To Post.
Any Time I have Had A Problem And E-Mailed Them I Have Always Received A Reply Within 48 Hours.
I just Had A problem I Had Traded My Earnings From BondJamesBond For A Gift Voucher For TheDragon Store When I tried To redeem the Voucher Which I received In 24 Hours. It Would'nt Work I E-Mailed Leonardo And Received A reply Within 24 Hours And He fixed The Problem With No Problems.
I Am Not Telling You To Run Out And ReSign Up I Just Wanted People To know They Are Not All That Bad
Thanks

I HAD ENOUGH OF A BALANCE IN MY ACCOUNT TO HAVE BEEN PAID THREE TIMES. NONE OF MY REQUESTS WERE EVER HONORED. NONE OF MY EMAILS WERE EVER RESPONDED TO. NOW WHEN I TRY AND LOG IN, THEY NO LONGER HAVE MY EMAIL ADDRESS ON FILE. ALL THE TIME I HAVE WASTED WITH THEM. I HAVE NOW UNSUBSCRIBED FROM THE OTHER TWO PROGRAMS OF THEIRS THAT I WAS A MEMBER OF.

This is a message I sent to BJB today.
I do not normally get a reply to any message I send them, perhaps this time will be different! I do not appreciate their adding the referral condition after I joined to what looked like a normal $0.50 minimum GPTR scheme.
XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
The Terms has.......
"Emailpremium.com will pay members when their balance reaches the minimum payout rate set by Emailpremium.com. Once the member has reached payout they request payment. Payments will be made within 30 days or a reasonable time after..........All the members that want to cash out their direct earnings and have Paypal as payment option MUST have at least 1 active 1st level referral in their downline (must be active for at least 30 days)."
So you are saying that I cannot get my money, even though there is no mention of the downline clause until a lot further on?
Why is the main page ONLY declaring
"MEMBERS
Get Paid for Reading Your eMail
International Members are Welcome
$ 0.50 Payout !
Many Redemptions types
We accept Stormpay and Paypal Gold
membership avaliable Gold member:
" no minimum payout"
6 levels of commission under you".
It is categorically stating that there is only a $0.50 minimum, BUT NO MENTION OF ANY OTHER REQUIREMENT. This $0.5 minimum payout (no other restriction mentioned) was the inducement to join.
I feel I have been misled.
In the UK, this is considered misleading advertising, the warning should be in with the main body of the text that says we get paid once the minimum is reached, with no other qualification mentioned at the time.
I will see what GPTBoycott and Getpaidforum think of the way this set of terms and conditions is worded. If enough people decide it is designed to mislead, I will consider reporting to the Trading Standards office in the UK, for a start, since this is where I am based.
I know the Trading standards quite well due to reporting companies in the past, that thought they could get away with something that was in fact against our UK law.

I have posted this at the GetPaidForum as well.
Do others think that they are trying to mislead new joiners by their main page declaration as it is currently written, let alone the way they word the Terms and Conditions (Terms of Service)?

I have a couple other thing to add and that is that it's hard for some people to be objective about their programs if they advertise on them. In that case, of course you'd probably get a reply, because you're spending money.
But, I am curious if anyone has ever been paid cash from any of their sites or if they have simply redeemed their earnings for advertising. It does make a big difference.
