Original complaint has been settled.
I think I might have jumped the gun a little, in posting here, but all I was asking for really was feedback on the program.
GreenLetter's administration have finally come through and provided me with what I paid for, and I am happy. I no longer have any complaint, and if this sites administration wish to do so, I would ask that this thread be removed or at least locked, since there is no longer an issue here.
