...as to how anyone could READ and UNDERSTAND the terms...and then still SIGN UP for this kind of nonsense!!
(The solution to this quandary, of course, is that no one reads/understands the terms--the program owners are counting on that, naturally)

Generally speaking (NOT ALWAYS--for example, I like GetRichByEmail, which is not a scam!), I avoid any program with "rich" in the title (examples: RichMails, GetRichHere, Read2BeRich). RUN AWAYYY!!
