I have been involved in PTR/PTC for over eight years and my life is taking a different direction plus my husband and I are getting older and we have various medical conditions and this takes a lot of time with attending medical appointments.
I have requested early payout on some of the PTR/PTC programmes I'm a member of and those which are reputable have agreed to an early payout.
Unfortunately, MysticPets is not one of them. I have posted the owner, Koni Proctor, via the site and via direct e-mail to the address listed on the MysticPets site a couple of times. I finally received a reply to my support ticket. Below is her reply to my support ticket:

I am sorry to hear about your health and that you are leaving the ptr/ptc world. I will keep you in my thoughts & prayers.
I hope to sell MysitcsPets instead of closing the site down.
I really hate that it has come to this but I have no other option at this point. If the site sells, then the payouts pending will be made. Members that have not reached payout level will not be paid. I cannot afford to pay everyone that hasn't reached payout due to sales being down on advertising.
The site isn't making any money - bottom line. I am not the only owner of a ptr/ptc with this problem. Some sites do well and some don't. Mystics is one that doesn't do well.
I will see what I can do about making your payout request but can't make any promises.

She has decided she is going to close the MysticPets programme by approximately 15 September 2010 and she has offered to sell the site for twenty dollars ($20).
I understand she is having financial problems with the site but her members did the work and we have a right to payment of our earnings. This is the same as working outside of the home for an employer and being told we are not going to get paid for the work we did. An employer would not get away with this and neither should a PTR/PTC owner. He/she certainly would not like it if this was the other way round. They wouldn't accept it!
If anyone else is having a problem with MysticPets or any of Gramma's sites, please post in response to my post.
