No reply to messages send and no payments made.
My payout request - latest update 05/11/2010 (after that date the site went offline for not paying host):

Today (06/11/2010) the site is online again - no admin messages at all, contact page has been taken offline and my payout request has been gone!!!!

I really wonder why a WM brings the site back online without any information to the members and moreover why the payout request (s) has been taken away as well as the contact page.
