I have used Webtv for 2 yrs now. I didnt want to buy a computer, and still do not want too. I am signed up on over 100 survey sites.
I didnt want and still do not want to spend the money on alot of gadgets I cannot afford, or do not need.
And, I just bought a printer for webtv because a survey site offered me 100 dollars to attend a television preview in my area, but I couldn't print it. So they faxed it to my library where I picked it up. After that- I bought a printer.
I wrote Walmart asking them in the beginning, where to purchase the printer because I had purchased my webtv plus there!
They wrote me back saying it is discontinued, and that I could get a refund if I purchased this unit within the last 6 mos. (I told them I bought it 2 yrs ago.)
One person from your website wrote to me with her opinions but I wish I had more imput? My daughter says there is now AOL TV?
I was lucky enough to learn this thing. Single mother here, on a budget!! Any ideas???
PS. My printer is only a week old, so I can return that if I have to. But if MSN (webtv) will be in business for at least a few more yrs. I'll make that money back by printing out my television preview tickets!
