um i cashout with 5 dollars. it takes 2 months to payout 5 dollars.. And we clearly stated that we cannot pay until the advertisers pay in PM's, Forum posts etc. I'm not sure why would be saying we didn't explain why we couldn't play or not because we posted everywhere and made it noticeable.
