To Much Spam

I come to read here about sites being boycotted or problem sites and lately all I see is 50 million posts in the advertising section. Some of them questionable. I understand having an advertising section but perhaps you can limit the amount of spam posts and moderate the garbage being posted?

Or have a minium amount of posts before someone can use the advertising section?

Today alone 30 some posts in either beenpaid or advertising from the same guy. Is this really necessary?
