Since their relaunch recently, I joined them.
This is what I have to say about their program.
Horizon Surfer: It's a scam.
I just recently joined this program, and they have already kicked me off for alleged cheating. The only cheating I can see is that they are refusing to pay me. And no, I did not reach payout. I had 1 member in my downline, who garnished me about $0.50, and myself, which I earned about $1.00. This was in a span of 3 days of clicking. Their ad rotator at the time had no ads in it, but you could still recieve credit for clicking on their rotator. Nowhere in their TOS to do they say you can't click on their rotator if nothing but the "advertise here for xxx amount" is being displayed. Afterall, it's not my fault if they don't have any advertisers.
If anyone's had similar experiences, please feel free to add! I'd also appreciate any other input other members can give me.
At this point, I doubt this program even needs boycotting because of their reputation, but I thought I'd share my experiences!
