Hi everyone,

Not sure where to put this for discussion so figured here was best. I'm a member of this paid to click site and they recently announced:

"Those of you who have been paid 5 or more times & are not premier members will have to upgrade to be able to do so again, I have set up a new membership just for you. Get Paid Membership for 1 year $2.44 You need to contact me to get this membership."

This was posted as of July 8, 2009. I wrote to them to make sure I was reading this right that one has to upgrade in order to be paid. The email I got back stated:

"Yes you are reading it correct, all members must purchase the $2..44
membership after 5 payouts."

I don't know about anyone else but I have a problem with any site that requires you to put out money in order to get paid. Does anyone else have a problem with this or is it just me?

I will never join/stay with a site you have to pay in order to be paid yourself. Most likely the site will either stop paying all members soon or the upgrade price will continually rise. It would be so much better if PO's would just set sustainable ad prices from the beginning and stop trying to dig out of the holes they create.

At least I'm not alone in feeling this is not a good situation. I hope they don't stop paying all together but I do hope they stop this upgrade nonsense. I know I won't continue since I won't upgrade but if others do then I'm sure they will keep the policy.
