Jackpot.com and affliated sites

I'd like to suggest Jackpot.com and their affliated sites which include (that I know of) bigprizes.com and now blink.com.
I have been a member of blink.com, which is a paid to click and signup site, for a little while, and I just got an email saying they had made changes to their terms of service and their privacy policy. The link to them is a jackpot.com link, and they read exactly the same as jackpot.com's TOS and privacy policy read. They apparently think they have the right to do whatever they wish with your personally identifying information. Needless to say I have terminated my account with blink.com, however, the reason I am posting them here is not only the lack of privacy they offer in their privacy policy, but I have also been fighting to stop getting emails from jackpot.com, despite attempting to unsubscribe, for some time now. I am almost at the point of demanding restitution for all the email I recieve from them, and if that doesn't work, suing them. They obviously don't care that what they send me is now legally considered spam in my state. Anyone else here have problems with these sites?

I've almost given up on Blink. They still owe me $2 from March 7, 2002. It's only two bucks. But if they can't pay that, how can they fulfill larger redemptions? I'm wondering if they are ever going to pay me. I think they have joined the long list of GPT sites that sting their members along, promising big rewards, but never paying. Maybe I'm just unlucky. Who knows?
