I recently signed up for Uniqpaid through shareasale.com and began promoting their links . In just a few days I had generated 10 leads . 2 of these leads were disqualified after just a few days . Something I wasn't happy about , but could live with . But now weeks later , they have disqualified all 10 leads .

After generating these leads , Uniqpaid changed their earning TOS from $2.00 a lead to $1.00 a lead to be paid after the new member had earnings of such and such by such and such date . I understand that's their right and I can live with that , but I can not live with changing horses in mid-stream . They have to honor the agreement made for the leads generated before this change . Leads were generated from 1/26 - 1/29 . They informed me of their change in earning TOS on the 30th , which is after the original contract was made . I am posting a copy of the email I received from UniqPaid .

They've changed their "contract" after these lead were made ( not before ) and after our deal was struck , which is illegal ! We had a meeting of the minds , an offer , consideration and an acceptance . They can not then change the terms of our agreement for the leads made before their offer changed . Very Uniq way of getting out of paying . I gained these leads before the change in earning terms .

I have complained to shareasale via e-mail and their support forum , but my plight seems to have fallen on deaf ears , as has other complaints made by other UniqPaid affiliates .

You can read more about that here .

http://abw.infopop.cc/6/ubb.x?a=tpc&s=548608979&f=869605789&m=4106099922

Lastly , I will be sending this update to all RD memebers as a warning and a call to boycott .

I sent out a paid mail for a program called Uniqpaid . This program looked really good and the pay rate for leads very profitable . 10 ppl. joined from the e-mail I send or from banners placed on RD . I now encourage all you members who joined Uniqpaid to go and unsubscribe .

Each and every one of the 10 leads I made has been denied by Uniqpaid , meaning Uniqpaid will not pay me . If they are not going to pay me , it is very likely that after you have done all the work to make some money , you will not be paid either .

After complaining to shareasale about this program , I discovered that other affiliates of Uniqpaid have had the same exact trouble . One affiliate was denied 114 leads , each and every lead denied . If Uniqpaid is on the up and up , I believe it would be impossible that this affiliate were denied all 114 leads .

I am starting a campaign of sorts to get the word out about Uniqpaid as they seem to have found a very " Uniq " way to NOT pay their affiliates . Please look for updates and other complaints at the www.gptboycott.com forum . If you've already experienced troubles with Uniqpaid , please add your comments so others incentive earners and program managers might avoid yet another merchant with questionable payment practices .

Sorry this happened :(

These people think just because they are not in direct contact with people and they dont know eachother that people wont take action

One thing
if you do contact them dont yell and scream
I made that mistake when i contacted gozinta
It got nothing aorted untill i actually calmed down and they agreed to pay me

That's good advice kiwi , thank you . I'll behave ;c)

I did write to both Uniqpiad and shareasale , but I have heard absolutely nothing from either party yet .

BTW , I'm glad you got paid :c) WTG !!
