I'm sorry to say, I had high hopes for CashCulture, but they ripped me off and fail to respond to me now.
I signed up as a GOLD member ($24.95) which promises free web hosting with a $15.00 setup fee.
I paid the $15.00 for the setup fee and had already changed my name servers days before. The domain had already been updated in the netsolution database and waiting action from cashculture but cashculture still didn't update their server after days and days.
MY site was working fine on the non-domain name hosting at cashculture. Then they finally added my domain name and didn't even test the server to see if it was working correctly. The cgi was disabled and they didn't even check. Then cashculture was down completely for a day or two also so no way to contact them
Then after repeated attempts to contact them about the problem with the hosting account, I switch my site back to my old host.
Very unprofessional and to this day about 14 days from when the process was started, they still have not responded and it looks like they intend to keep my money for something that I didn't even use. In fact I lost a lot of money in the deal and no explainations or nothing.
I run several huge sites and now plan on spreading the word with whatever means possible that people should stay away from CashCulture.
The longest any support request should take is 72 hours and that is still long, not 10 to 14 days- this is out right rip off.
Trust me, I am not new to web hosting or affiliate programs, I see CashCulture as a site that does not intent to pay any of their members.
