Just a note to update the membership on program complaints/submissions.

For the past week, we have been manually reviewing "submissions" on roughly 2800+ programs. I use the word "submissions" because of the numerous "submissions" of spam, ranging from just site names to discount drugs to porn. We are also purging "dead" programs from the complaints to allow us to focus more time on the active programs.

As of today, we have eliminated over 800 program submissions and added another six programs to the Watch List. Completion of this project will result in a more up-to-date Watch List and will bring forth more programs for boycott consideration, in a more timely fashion.

At this point, we have completed programs beginning with numerals and letters A through D. We will keep you posted on our purging progress as you see the Watch List grow.

Hi Ron, was just looking at the recent additions to the watch list. I've already reported LetterWealth as dead and also noticed this:

55. No-Minimum no-minimum.com Date Added: 29-03-2009 Add Your Complaint Report as dead
56. No-Minimum no-minimum.com/pages/enter.php Date Added: 29-03-2009 Add Your Complaint Report as dead
57. No-Minimum no-minimum.com Date Added: 29-03-2009 Add Your Complaint Report as dead

73. SendMoreInfo sendmoreinfo.com Date Added: 29-03-2009 Add Your Complaint Report as dead
74. SendMoreInfo sendmoreinfo.com Date Added: 29-03-2009 Add Your Complaint Report as dead
75. Snapdollars snapdollars.com Date Added: 29-03-2009 Add Your Complaint Report as dead
76. Snapdollars http://www.snapdollars.com/ Date Added: 29-03-2009 Add Your Complaint Report as dead

A few of them are listed multiple times.

Thanks for pointing this out. I've sent Rob an e-mail, reporting the problem. Though I noticed the complaints were in different locations, due to typos at the time of submissions, and merged the complaints to correct the problem, I was unaware they remained as separate entries.

This was one of the problems I had eluded to here (http://www.gptboycott.com/forum/showpost.php?p=95676&postcount=13), in the Top Contributors area, regarding complaint submission.

Thanks again,

Ron

Thanks for pointing out the duplicates - I think I've dealt with them all now.

Submissions for letters E and F have been completed. We are down to approximately 1725 submissions.

I am a member of a site that is on the watch list. As a matter of fact, I joined this site as part of an offer at another place - the sign-up was denied.

I'd really like to be able to read about the complaints - is there anywhere this can be done?

Complaints are listed only when a program is boycotted. The watch list indicates that we have received more than 5 but less than the 10 required for boycott review. Until the complaints are validated during the boycott process they are not shown.
