I've been a member of both of these sites for the past few months, only to reach cashout time and be denied payment. Their flooded forums tell me that most other members are having the same problem. The admins say they need more people to upgrade their accounts so they can get more money, before they start making more payments. Isn't that silly?

I know it's my fault. I should have looked in the forums before I signed up, as they would have surely driven me away from the sites. And all of the typos across the site, I should have been at least a little weary. To think I referred so many people to them both! I feel so bad.

Has anybody here actually been paid by them? Any thoughts?

I should also add now that InstantlyPTC ads take over a minute to load for supposedly 30 second ads. And on both sites, I guess they don't check Iframes because a lot of the ads redirect, leaving you without any credit for the click.

InstantlyPTC.com has 777seo in a 0 iframe on their index page (777seo's nasty and does a multitude of 0 iframe autosearches itself - but they shouldn't have it in a 0 iframe either). If they are sending ads for sites like that they will tend to break frames and take a long time to load. If the site has put something like that in the timer bar that will also affect the loading of otherwise clean pages under the timer bar and again may cause framebreakers.

This is the 0 iframe code on the index page, with the refid "yurilop":
<iframe height="1" frameborder="0" width="1" scrolling="no" allowtransparency="true" hspace="0" vspace="0" marginheight="0" marginwidth="0" src="http://www.777seo.com/seo.php?username=yurilop">

ETA as for members upgrading, I agree with you that's a ridiculous reason for their payout problems. Paying members for clicking on ads should come from income from selling those ads, not from members upgrading.

I have been trying to cash out from Instantly for weeks as well always same message...
our pay out has been exceeded try again in a few hours...what a joke...now there are like 25 ads ... so we pretty much know that it now means they are getting as much as they can from advertisers and splitting ..

When cashout from roudycash, it said I have reached max cashout (max of 5).
In fact, this is my first time attempt to cash out after a couple months to reach minimum amount.

Suck.

For instantlyptc, I submitted my cashout on 2/19 and still waiting.
Hope they have some money left over.

Well, I encourage everyone who has been stiffed to submit a complaint here if you haven't already :) Maybe together we can prevent this from happening to others.

I am still not able to cash out... I did not invest in this site, so I would not be able to do a charge back ... but this site should be on the watch list for any new people who may be signing up so they can be aware of this site before they decide to invest any money ..

instantlyptc that is, i am not a member of roudy
